We were there for a week. Couldn't wait to get home faster. I can't spend more energy on this review than this trip has already drained me. In summary, the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing across different "areas" of the resort. The experiences at wellness programs and juicebar at Mii Amo was like amateur hours. Having a concierge at enchantment is WORSE than having no concierge. Everything they told us was wrong and made our time there more negative and miserable. Reception is a waste of space - the only thing of value they provided was my room key - all other inquiries they refer to the concierge (creating the dumb and dumber duo). Not sure who handles Guest Services telephone line from the rooms, but it's impossible to get through this line, and the 1 time they picked up, they dropped the ball on the request. What was good? Housekeeping, bellhop, front gate, che ah chi, and the javelinas - but those aren't good enough reasons to spend your $$$ here for a week. …
A gorgeous place to experience that magic of Sedona if you like high-end places. Lots of options for activities. Most options are additional fees. Beautiful spa with a variety of services and exquisite spaces. Lovely boutiques.
Impressive! Superb in very way—every detail was exquisite. The property is stunning, the staff are helpful without being obsequious, the overall experience was par excellence…as one would hope for, but still be pleasantly surprised with. The resort is stunning and located in a magnificent red rock canyon, a ways out of town and on a tucked-away “campus” of its own. My daughter and I shared a Casita 1 BR suite that was over 1,000 sq ft, with two full baths and two full decks (one of which had a gas grill). It was beautifully appointed, with sumptuous blankets and cozy down comforters for those snowy mornings. The Trail House provided excellent personalized guidance on hikes and suggestions, which helped us choose our day hikes with confidence. Dinners were sizable portions, and equally important they were super tasty! (more chicken tinga tacos, please!) The new Mii Amo wellness center is now open; we were in the inaugural class for a chakra balancing session, which was a really special moment. We also enjoyed the on site evening stargazing session, in which a very knowledgeable astronomer guided our eyes to the night sky and used his first-rate equipment to deliver front row seats to comets, space stations, sparkling stars, and more. I cannot recommend this resort highly enough. Our experience was impeccable: scenic beauty, ready service, tasty flavors, memorable experiences, solid concierge recommendations and more. Shout outs to the staff who were thoughtful, genuine and really passionate about their roles. If there is a single thing they could do better, it would be to offer more options for transportation to other Sedona locations (restaurants, trailheads, shopping). A car is a necessity for anything more than a day or two’s stay. While you can find plenty to do without leaving the Enchantment property for a few days, it is a bit challenging to step together a car rental since the one place in town is, uh,”not as helpful” as one might like…and Ubers are nearly impossible to get. Don’t let that stop you though. Enchantment is absolutely lovely and a terrific experience all around.…
The settling in the middle of the red rocks is breath-taking and overall amenities lovely. Rooms are tired and staff is under-trained, not knowledgable and did not seem to overly care about the guest's experience. Prices are high-value definitely not there.
My wife and I spent our Honeymoon at Enchantment and had an amazing experience! Our server Harry at Che Ah Chi gave us some of the best service we have ever received. Highly recommend and ask for Harry!
Here to talk specifically about our Che Ah Chi experience. My husband and I came for dinner, not knowing we would get the meal of a lifetime. Harry, our waiter, was very thorough and helpful in us deciding what to order, and took the time to talk with us and gave us an amazing experience. The other staff who helped us were incredibly professional and on top of anything we needed! (Waters never went less than half full which was incredible!). We both ordered the venison mole and an order of the risotto and wow - kudos to the chef! Incredibly flavors, amazing presentation - we ate every last bite (even though our stomachs were so full!). Of course even though we couldn’t eat a bite more, we ordered the lemon tart to go, and of course the pastry chef completely outdid herself. Amazing! It’s hard to top the experience, and we are so incredibly happy we came. Thank you Enchantment, Harry, and the rest of the staff for an amazing experience! …
Our stay at Enchantment was generally lovely - great rooms, majestic views, decent food, excellent spa treatments. Highly recommend visiting off season and exploring Boynton Canyon in the snow! They had a soft opening for the remodel of Mii Amo, the spa facilities on site, during our stay. Because of this, we felt things were a bit hectic and disorganized amongst the staff. Communication wasn't great: front desk and concierge never picked up the phone, we were left waiting in the cold at meeting points that had been moved, a gift arrived without the card, bell / cart service took forever! The reality is, there aren't a ton of choices for luxury resorts in Sedona, so I would go back and try it again hoping the service improves for the price we paid.
This was an amazing place to stay. The staff was extremely friendly. The views were breathtaking. Everything was within walking distance on the resort for our business meeting. There were tons of activities for everyone. Would definitely stay here again.
Love this place quite beautiful breathtaking always highly recommend to friend, family and business associates never disappointed. Until this last trip room was not as great as we expected but not so disappointing that would prevent us from retiring
The resort itself is modern and clean. The staff is polite and extremely helpful. The spa, pool, bars and restaurants were above reproach. The check in and check out was fast and easy. The resort sits just outside of the town of Sedona but not too far. We will be back again!
