Cindy I noticed you only respond to people who give a good review , how convenient . You should also talk to those people who have a complaint, but I guess business is good. It's kind of outdated , the only good thing is the friendly staff.

Thank you for expressing your perception. When we receive a negative comment or unsatisfied guest it is our business practice to address them personally with the guest and not on a social media website. This allows us obtain additional information, details and make it right based on an individual basis. We then use their experience, comments and concerns to make...

We enjoyed our stay here because of the staff. They bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable (we're very picky). However, the TV volume didn't works well and maintenance could not fix it. We were really disappointed because we listen to the TV at night. The housekeeping service is...

Travelling with a group escorted tour, stayed at this hotel overnight while visiting the Red Rocks of Sedona. We unwound the night in spacious accommodations that combine the comfort of home with the convenience of a full-service hotel. Our room with a balcony, table and chairs, was nicely located overlooking the heated outdoor pool and a Red Rock mountain in...

Trying to get the final billing rate was a real challenge. I had to ask for it 2x's and then was finally given a print out of a screen shot. They wouldn't even tell me verbally, so strange. Glad I did because I was charged the wrong amount. We were rather shocked to find out this "resort" was actually a...

Poco Diablo Resort & Spa got it right with Reservations Specialist Diane Rodriquez… I had called to book a getaway for my son and his new bride. I had found the location thru Groupon, after an extensive conversation with Groupon in regards to their link not functioning correctly for this location, I decided to contact the resort directly. I was...

We visited in January, 2017 and there were not many guests; however, we still experienced all the amenities. The heated pool and hot tub were in good order and great to use in cool January weather. The restaurant food and service were very good! The rooms are spacious and clean; bed was comfortable. The grounds were well kept and views...

We came during off season and was able to check in early and check out late. The room is clean and spacious. Looks like out room has capability to be attached to 2 other rooms so would be convenient if we came here with a larger group. There's a small fridge in case you want to bring back some drinks....

We wanted to get out of the busy Bay Area and took our little dog with us on this road trip. The hotel is pet friendly and very accommodating.
