The staff at this hotel were fantastic. Hotel was clean breakfast was good and Concierge at the hotel was excellent she help direct us to many area to enjoy including Chapel of the Holy Cross, Monument Castle, Turzicot Ruins Bell tower, sunrise and sunset we're spectacular.
My family of six stayed at Arabella in July, 2022. The hotel is centrally located, the grounds are beautiful, lovely views, great breakfast, and overall a wonderful experience. I highly recommend going on the 2 minute hike on the trail behind the hotel, where the views are amazing. Take a glass of your favorite drink and enjoy the stars and views.
This hotel is in the center of Sedona. Easy access to stores, restaurants, trails. Great breakfast included which we really enjoyed with fresh fruits berries and an assortment of breakfast items. Clean hotel with great views all around. Staff was friendly. No issues with dogs or barking which was a concern when we booked
We stayed here one night in December, chose it for the location, pool and hot tub, amazing breakfast, complimentary bikes, and sunset view from the hill on the property. Arrived too late to enjoy most of that, managed to see the sunset which was super with the sun reflecting off the red rocks and the nearby mountains, sleep was good on comfortable beds, and breakfast next day was delicious with a good variety (I am not someone who gives a good breakfast review based on the standard scrambled eggs, sausage/bacon and pancakes). In the morning when we passed the pool and hot tub area, it looked very inviting. Front desk did a great job recommending a dinner spot the night before so be sure to ask and they will be more than willing to help per your requirements (or check out my review of the Mesa Grill Sedona Airport). We will be returning!…
I stayed at the Arabella Hotel. It was conveniently located and clean. Jackie from the concierge service was very nice and knowledgeable with helping me with booking restaurant and making reservations for activities in Sedona. I would come back.
We enjoyed the first nite and decided to stay another. Rey at the front desk was very helpful in ensuring we got the best price for our room and allowed to stay in the same room. The hotel offers different activities throughout the day, there is a very short hike close to the hotel that gives you a 360 degree view of Sedona. The hotel offers free bikes to guest to check out town and area, what more could you ask for! Highly recommend this place to anyone!
This lovely hotel is conveniently located - lots of hiking, shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The room was very comfy, spotless and modern with interesting features such as live edge coffee tables, colourful couch and chair and wonderful king size bed. We also had a balcony overlooking the red rocks with a table and chairs and a swinging chair. A delicious hot and cold complimentary breakfast is included and coffee and juice are free in the lobby 24-7. The staff were friendly and helpful. Even though it was Dec 1 we had a soak in one of the two outdoor hot-tubs and then enjoyed watching the sunset from the sunset perch seated in large Muskoka chairs (reminded us of home in cottage country in Ontario). The onsite Mole restaurant is highly recommended (see separate review). We highly recommend a stay.…
I wanted to like the Arabella, especially because we booked for Thanksgiving, but it was a big disappointment. Check in was quick a little after 2 p.m. The room was standard fare. Not remarkable but comfortable. It was nicer than the back of the F building where we parked, which had a motor lodge look and feel that was not very welcoming. Before I could check out the view from our balcony, my 13-year-old was walking back into the room with a not-quite empty bottle of Irish whiskey that had been left under the honeycomb chair. He thought it was funny. We didn’t. The television had poor picture quality and was not mounted. Dogs are welcome at the Arabella and are hanging out wherever you go, including the restaurant for breakfast. We heard them barking until well after 11 p.m. They did not disrupt sleep our sleep as much as the toilet, which leaked every few minutes throughout the night. The tub had a faux subway tile plastic surround and did not drain well, so we all showered in ankle-deep water. We asked to use the “complimentary” bikes but learned that our 13 and 14-year-olds were too young to use them. The desk was handing out smore packets on Thanksgiving night to use at various gas fire pits that are situated around the courtyard. My son went to grab them and asked for four bags. He was given two and told that each ziplock bag, which contained one chocolate bar, two graham crackers and a couple of marshmallows, was for two people. Not a big deal but when you are charging more than $350 a night…. Breakfast was top notch and a lovely way to start the day, especially when you take it outside and sit beneath a leafy pergola in the courtyard. The pool and guests were nice. So was the little trail and vistas behind the hotel, where you can sit in Adirondack chairs and take in a sunrise or sunset. We received an email from the Arabella within a couple hours of check-in alerting us to a “modification” to our reservation. It didn’t say what the modification was but another $40 was tacked onto our bill. Perhaps for the whiskey?…
The hotel was outstanding from checking to checkout. Great location, hike house shopping store was very nearby and great restaurants and pubs nearby. Excellent hiking right outside your door eliminates the hassle of going to trailheads to find there is no more parking available. Just hike right from your door. Hot tub and heated pools were amazing at end of day. On-site Mexican restaurant was as good as any. The ownership group has really changed this place for the better in recent years. Staff seemed eager to help at all times and really seemed to enjoy the atmosphere they are working in. I would recommend this hotel over any others of experienced in the area. Staying at the Arabella was like a breath of fresh air.
Very nice and clean hotel! They do offer complimentary breakfast The location was perfect and the staff was very nice and polite. The hotel offers nightly schedule activities for the guests and has a beautiful area to watch the sunrise/sunset Next time, I'll book a "courtyard" room
