Overall nice property with nice grounds and good breakfast included. I booked a room trail head view and bathroom with jacuzzi tub As it was advertised as bigger with good view and jacuzzi tub. The room looked good and updated until I got to the bathroom and sink area. The condition of the jacuzzi was unacceptable and no one would...

For ~$200, you're better off staying across the street for half the price and getting the same product. The rooms are outdated and the service is average at best. If you like showers, this isn't the place for you- I've had similar shower conditions in the Thailand jungle. Looking for a "nice" view(you're in Sedona- everywhere has an incredible view),...

This place is fantastic. Service and accommodations are top notch. Free breakfast has huge selection and well beyond normal. Great hotel gym, nice pool areas and free beach cruisers to town. Lobby had coffee, hot and ice tea and wayer. Great firepits for lounging. Even its own hiking trail. I travel all the time and can't fathom why this place...

We recently spent 5 nights at the Arabella, and have really great memories of the staff and all services! The front desk were very welcoming, and Jackie is a fantastic concierge. Jackie looked into all our questions promptly and made our planning fun! Breakfast was bountiful and delicious. The complimentary use of bicycles was one of our favourite things, we...

Upon arrival at the hotel we found it difficult to find our room even though we were armed with a map from registration. The front desk person seemed unfriendly. When we got to our room, the hand towel in the bathroom was soiled. The roll-out bed that had been ordered before our arrival wasn't yet delivered 4 hours later when...

This is a great hotel, well maintained, upscale, and with large comfortable rooms (some with balconies). We got a queen single and it was great, good size, on the second floor of building "F", with a balcony and a view of the rocks. There are a couple of cons: Parking is a hassle; the restaurant on site is very popular...

We spent 3 nights at this hotel during the spring break. We rented a 2 queen beds room. Room size and decor is ok, beds are comfortable. Room was quiet. Our building did not have an elevator. Hot breakfast was included in the price but the quality was just ok. Overall it was an ok stay.

We checked in to the Arabella with high expectations, the lobby area is beautifully maintained as are the grounds which include two lovely swimming pools, several fire pits, a gym and short trail to a magnificent view . Unfortunately the rooms were not reflective of the rest of the hotel. We checked in to a room which faced the courtyard...

My wife and I recently stayed at Arabella Hotel in Sedona for our minimoon. The staff at Arabella went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. We had a room with an amazing view and couldn't have been more impressed with the grounds and the quality of the room. The pool was very nice as well. We will...

We shared the room for two nights with another couple. I was concerned that it would be too crowded but it was a pretty large room so it wasn't a problem. It was a good home base location to explore Sedona and go hiking. It was pretty chilly still so I wasn't on the balcony much but it did have...
