The hotel is decent, but overpriced for sure. It's perhaps 10-15 minutes out of town. Friendly staff. Decent rooms. Nothing special. Decent outdoor pool. Breakfast is ridiculously overpriced. As a gold HHonor, they only give you $28 per room for breakfast. We paid an additional $60/day for a family of 4 just for breakfast. Not typical for a Hilton and...

We felt very comfortable with our little suite beautifully decorated in low key colours. Pool area and breakfast buffet were good. It is worth asking for a room with a view as the views are spectacular.

This hotel has a fine location, is quiet, clean rooms, staff is very professional, good restaurant, grounds are well kept, nice business center, comfortable lobby with tv and nice chairs. We have returned more than once. Be sure to ask for a tub.

We loved everything about this hotel. The one bedroom suite was perfect. The suite came with a large refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, fireplace, patio, king sized bed, and huge bath towels. The suite was also very quiet - we did not hear our neighbors. We had dinner at the bar Monday night. The food and service were outstanding. The front...

The hotel is in a nice location, conveniently located to Sedona and has several good dining options within walking distance. The Spa is very nice. The hotel is dated, the rooms are small, low ceilings, worn out carpet...badly in need of a refresh. The onsite restaurant is sub-par. This hotel is not a good value.

We just completed a 5 day Road Scholars ( Elder Hostel ) program on Sedona and the Red Rock Country. It was high value and far exceeded our expectations. The group was about 30 people from all over the country. We visited the Grand Canyon, Montezuma's Castle cliff dwelling, the Apache Cultural Center, rode the railroad along the Verde River...

We booked a Road Scholar tour (women's healing arts retreat) and stayed 5 nights. The space, accommodations, food and amenities were excellent and the service even better. The entire team was welcoming and helpful to us and all the travelers in their lovely resort.

Kudos and many thanks to Alex T. (Front Office Supervisor) for ensuring that we had a terrific stay. There was some confusion about the room, so we took it up with Alex who resolved it politely and cheerfully. We really appreciate his approachability and willingness to listen to us as guests. He definitely stood out as the most helpful rep...

-We had the king suit with red rock view but our room which faces the parking lot had just a side view of red rock. -The bed you get is more of a small queen than king, so that was misleading if you wanted to squeeze a toddler in bed with you. -Room ceiling was very low; the whole space...

What an awesome area! We stayed here on our way from Phoenix to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon - the scenery in the area was unexpected to us but very spectacular. The hotel was well situated in the area (I would recommend the Oak Creek area over Sedona) and was a very pleasant place to stay. The service...
