The hotel was clean and pretty nice. The breakfast was good and the serving area very clean. The worst part was the room layout. You walk in and the sink is immediately there. So when you have gotten out of the shower and are getting ready, you are standing next to the door. The floor where you are standing was filthy from our wet, muddy boots. Who wants to stand and put on makeup and dry your hair where you take off your shoes. It just makes no sense. Plus the cold from the drafty door made it cold.

Hotel's Favourite
Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious with lots of nice outdoor seating. I walked to restaurants, a spa and a few shops. Great location to Boynton canyon hikes. Tons of patio seating to enjoy being outside. Shaded parking in some spots which was nice.

We were very happy with our stay at Arroyo Pinion. Our unit was clean and included a mini fridge and microwave. Complimentary morning breakfast was adequate. Good location for exploring all that Sedona offers. We would easily stay here again

Great rooms, great customer service, good breakfast options! Everything was clean and comfortable. I’d definitely recommend this hotel. The driveway into the property has limited to no lighting. You can see where people have hit the bricks with their car. Proceed slowly and carefully.

David and Jazzy at the front desk were amazing! They had great suggestions of what to do. Our room was amazing! Clean, very comfortable. We were supposed to stay tonight in Winslow for a second night. We had a negative experience at our hotel last night that we cancelled our second night there and stayed here instead. Super happy we did! We actually are loving it here so much that we cancelled our hotel in Santa Fe and will be staying here another two nights. Thank you so much, David and Jazzy!

Fantastic hotel! From the moment we checked in to the checkout, all the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very kind. The room was extremely spacious, the shower was hot, and the beds were wide, soft, and provided us a perfect night's sleep. As we were trapped in Sedona by a snowstorm and dangerous driving conditions, this was a last minute reservation. The reservation specialist signed us up for the Ascend Collection membership and gave us a discount on our stay. The manager and front desk staff updated us on road conditions and provided us extra Starbucks coffee, which was strong and bold. All in all, best hotel of our canyon adventure trip!!!

Not a great experience…. Room was not ready when we arrived , but front desk was very nice. Room was spacious with oversized frig. There was a lizard in the room, which was taken care of. Window was leaking water, and there was a coating of dust on the lamps. Phone was don’t operable since cord was missing. All was corrected but left a negative impression. Beds are comfortable. I thought that paying $260 would give us a nicer experience but I guess in Sedona that is not the case: very disappointed.

We want write this review just to thank David Overholt and Erma Kiosk from front desk very much. They are definitely the nicest, most helpful, and thoughtful people ever. We Come to the hotel in a family trip today from Los Angeles. We booked the reservation for 2 rooms from Kayak about a month ago. Unfortunately, Kayak messed up with our reservation. The hotel was only able to find one room under our name. Thus, it was a very exhausting experience just waiting Kayak to fix their mistake. So we almost waited 1 hour and half for the 2nd reservation to send over. David and Erma very thoughtfully and patiently helped us through out the whole long waiting process. David also gave us gifts we really appreciated. It completely made us feel better. Thank you guys again!!! - Oliver family…

Did not like the non-personal, computer connected reception. I have no interest in telling a computer screen how my day was. I don't. like the idea of replacing human interaction with a computer screen. It skewed evert aspect of my visit. The actual people working there provided fine service. Lighting in the room made us feel like we were in a police interrogation room. Fan in bathroom sounded like an airplane taking off.

The best room we had on a 22 day trip including 12 Choice properties. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Room was very nice and equipped with hot tub bath and shower.
