Stayed here with my boyfriend. Would definitely recommend. Great views, decent food and nice room. Good value for money. Massage was good, lovely lady. Only issue is its down a slightly creepy alley. Otherwise was great!

It's ok. They have multiple routers and depending on which one you are on and how many other people are on it can make the quality good or bad. There was an issue too of one of them consistently needing to be restarted as well.
I will say though, while traveling for a few months in South and Central America, it had one of the better Wifi's we dealt with.
I do not know about cell service.
