The best part about Moenkopi is the staff — among the nicest I've encountered. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is quite nice -- not very nice by luxurious standards, but luxurious by motel standards -- in that it includes potatoes and (likely powdered) eggs. The room was clean.

I stayed here shortly after it opened and was full of praise for the Moenkopi...a few years later I was most interested how matters had developed. Overall, I still appreciate the touches of Hopi culture and the comfortable oasis it provides in the surrounding spectacular but somewhat unforgiving desert terrain. The outside pool is most welcome. Breakfasts are still a mess...

There are not too many other places to stay in this area. This hotel is in a perfect location to visit many local sights (Hopi Cultural Center, Navajo National Monument, Walputki ruins). The room is clean. The two nights we were there, there were demonstrations from the Hopi art tour. The first night they had a Hopi pottery artist, the...

If you're traveling through Tuba City, this is the best place to stay. It looks newly constructed. The building design wraps around outside courtyards and includes attractive inside sitting areas. The decor incorporates Hopi designs. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. We stayed two different times and found both rooms large. Drapes and bedspreads are brown so a little...

I know it's not a franchise, but give it a try. Trust the folks who give it rave reviews. This hotel is unique for the Hopi Indian ownership and theme. It has comfortable beds, sheets and pillows. The showers are great. The rooms are clean. The food was excellent. The eggs, sausage and potatoes appear to be, and taste, homemade....

Hotel is very nice, clean and staff friendly. Access to our room was out of the way and difficult to get to room with luggage. Nice pool and small but adequate fitness room. Not much to do in the immediate area and expensive for an overnight stay

There are not a lot of options to stay in Tuba City but this will definitely be my first choice from now on. The building has a wonderful native touch, same for the rooms. Lots of attention to detail. Spotlessly clean, too. My room had a microwave and fridge which wasn't mentioned in the room description when I booked so...

Our room was neat, clean, and updated. Everything smelled good and looked good. The linens were crisp and clean and smelled great. We rented the family suite that had two queen beds in one room and a separate living room with a hide-a-couch, TV, etc. The second room had a nice fridge, sink, microwave, etc. Both rooms were large and...
