This is a great place to stay when visiting the Gran Canyon! Beautiful clean accomodations. They take care of your arrangements for the relaxing and scenic train ride, plus your meals during your stay. Meals are buffet style and there are plenty of delicious options to choose from all freshly prepared.

Room was spacious & clean. First hotel in many we stayed at that had in room Keurig coffee makers. Staff was pleasant & informative. Few choices on site for meals but more in town. Not a town for shopping unless it's just souvenirs you are after. Train station adjacent to hotel for easy access. It being Feb the weather was...

Great Hotel would have liked to stay longer, Handy for main street shops and restaurants. friendly staff , nice rooms, lives up to its 4*, Comfy beds. Part of old railway, has a couple of old steam trains on the site.A 5/10 minute walk into town with its quaint shops and some great restaurants. we chose a family restaurant at...

The hotel is clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The property consists of four or five connecting buildings and is directly across from the train station and dining area. In addition to the main dining area, light food is available in the main building across from the lobby desk. There is ample complementary parking around the hotel. I would...

What an awesome find. We indulged in the package for two nights hotel stay, two dinners, two breakfasts, train ride to the south rim plus a bus tour at the Grand Canyon. What a great experience. The hotel is really nice, very comfortable and clean. There's a very warm and welcoming feel to it. The buffet dinners were very good....

Their ADA rooms are very comfortable, very large, and perfect for a family plus grandparent/s! BUT, they are quite a distance away from the lobby, so if you aren't in a chair, it can be a long walk to your room, several times a day, plus to their dining room across the way. Also, their parking lot is often quite...

I stayed here 2 nights with a package that included breakfast and dinner, the train trip to the Grand Canyon, and a bus tour at the Grand Canyon. Overall it was a good value for me as I was traveling by myself. I stayed in a standard room, it was clean but it could probably use a little updating. The...

The combination stay at the hotel and train ride was great. Hotel suite was roomy and well appointed. Highly recommend. Got all our tickets at check in. Meals on site made for a relaxing 2 days. Pool and exercise room available. Lobby and hallways have beautiful pictures and western art.

We stayed 2 nights with the Railway package deal. We were very impressed with the hotel...staff was very friendly, and our package was very well organized. Front desk staff explained the entire itinerary in detail and answered any questions we had. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was that the heat had not been...

We spent one night here as part of a Grand Canyon Railway package. The staff was great and our room was very close to the lobby and easy to get to. The lobby was nicely decorated, and we enjoyed drinking a local beer in the bar. The room was pleasant enough, though nothing fancy. The bathroom was fairly updated and...
