This was a great find. We had a great welcome, vert confortable accomodation, good advice on where to eat and had a great breakfast. Don't look any further! This says it all but trip advisor wants me to be longwinded and will not let me post this unless i have submitted 200 characters, pity!

Williams is a character town and finding The Lodge to stay in prior to going on the Grand Canyon train was a good choice. We had a standard room which was more than adequate - yes, as mentioned by other reviewer, standard rooms are not huge, but they have everything you need and represent very fair value. Our room was... More

Stayed overnight before heading to Grand Canyon. Small but extremely comfortable and tastefully decorated. Breakfast range very limited but for a family of five adequate. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. Close to southern entrance to Grand Canyon and very handy location in town. Reception staff extremely helpful with local knowledge.

Booked here as a last minute switch after the shutdown stopped us staying at Grand Canyon Village - it was a great decision. This is a traditional looking Route 66 motel with quite small but very nice rooms all named after Route 66 towns. We had a very comfortable night in 'Flagstaff', 2 king beds and very nicely decorated. In... More

Got a two-bedroom unit which was handy for a decent enough price. Nice service, breakfast and good facilities. After missing out on seeing the grand canyon thanks to stupid government shutdown, at least Williams was nice to see. Would happily return to this venue

We stayed 1 night at The Lodge during our 3 week Road Trip as we thought it would be fun to stay at a proper old fashioned motel on Route 66. It was fun but there were issues including the fact that there was so much furniture crammed into the room that it was difficult to find anywhere to put... More

Very clean updated rooms that were a bit small but very impressed overall. A great location for capturing the old west feel. The breakfast was quite nice as well. Wish we had more time to hang out there.

We are not the first Tripadvisor reviewers to find the Lodge on Route 66 worth a visit. It is a motor lodge with an old fashioned feel. There is no pool, but there is a sheltered patio in the central court with tables and chairs and fireplaces. Our room was clean, simply appointed and had an old fashioned look but... More

I had the best trip of my life and one reason was a great room at the Lodge in Williams, AZ!! Clean, convenient, great breakfast, comfortable bed, and I'd stay there again in a heartbeat!! The kitchenette was great to have as my son and I stayed a week.

We stayed in room # 13 - it was nice - little kitchen, cozy sitting room with fireplace and comfortable bed in separate bedroom. The covered patio in center if property also has fireplaces and nice heaters. Exactly what one would picture for traveling on Route 66.
