It seems the whole of Williams is a lot of older motels, likely from the glory days of Route 66. This motel seems to have been recently renovated. The furniture, bed, bedding, flooring, flat screen tv, desk chair all are very new. Walk in shower and sink were some sort of new stone product (granite?). The room was cleaned well....

It's a bit worn yet the place was booked solid this week. The bed, pillows, TV, fridge, and WiFi are all very good. The lighting is poor and there is no place to sit outside. Several other motels along Route 66 have outdoor areas to relax away from a dark and boring room, but not this one. The bathroom is...

We stayed here for just 1 night en route to the Grand Canyon. Arriving at about 9pm in the evening the Hotel was easy to find - right at the top of the high street, loads of free parking and a very friendly reception. The rooms are, for the price, surprisingly allright. Large comfortable bed. Free wifi worked well. We...

Service was top of the line. Owner was appreciative of slight suggestion to get more blankets as we hit a cold night. Very gracious. Counter help was 5 star

The room was satisfactory. It was clean, had no odors and the bed was comfortable. The only issue is the tub and shower should be updated.

We stayed one night so we could take the train to the Grand Canyon. The room was clean, the shower nice and the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok.

The property was very dated and really needs to be worked on a lot. We were sent to a room that was completely in disarray, the staff should have know this and it should not have happened. Then the TV wouldn't work. The bathroom was tiny. It also had hair on sink and tub area. The breakfast was all carbohydrates,...

Overall the experience was good. Hotel location, internet, staff was good. Only bad experience was the bathroom had no ventilation and was dripping from water vapor when showering. Loved the fact that the family room had a separate room.
