I stayed for two nights in room 103 which has a big balcony with amazing views. Room has two walls made of glass and it is very good. This room is worth just for the views that's it.
Pros: Views from room Bed was good TV was there Clean bathroom with heater
Cons: Only one towel was provided No body wash or shampoo was provided No handwash in bathroom No restaurant attached to resort which is a big minus Room price was not worth for the amenities provided
Overall stay was good ..food may be a problem in entire Valparai as the place is not maured or developed enough like ooty or kodai.

Hi..I stayed at Wintel wild resort for two days before three weeks through my friend's knowledge. This is the first trip after our marriage. Just a nice and humble place to visit. Room services were also very good and employees those who were supported and carried us very kindly. The food were also arranged by them at a proper time. Also they were arranged cabs for safari and site's visits too. They maintained clean and hygienic rooms. At the same time we asked about the food complementary. For that the manager named Mr. Joseph who said as "Suduthanniyum WiFi um dhaan iruku"is his reply. It was just disappointed us. Also he was a drunkard who drunken at a night time and we can't able to stay happily. We stayed in the room no 101 which was near to the reception which the man always used to disgusting us due to addiction. Thus, it's a reason for me to give two star for the rating. Otherwise it were be the best resort to stay in a good and peaceful atmosphere. Thus this kind of one or two characters were destroyed the names of the resort. So the management just carried through this kind of issues and trained them to act properly among guests.

Wintel wild is a best place in Valparai. We were eight friends on a trip to Valparai and decided to stay in Wintel wild. The staff was very helpful and co-operative. They arranged traditional food items for dinner as per our requirements. It was very yummy. The rooms are very neat and clean. The rooms we stayed have a wonderful view of Team plantations and valley. Overall we had a very pleasant experience at Winter wild.

Never leave your belongings in this hotel even if you are occupying the room and keeping key with you. They will at their will open your room without your permission and without even intimating you, using their duplicate key and remove your valuables to a no demand empty room and say sorry for the mistake. This is what they have done to me. Service is hopeless. They did not have restaurant . But still they make fake promises that food shall be served promptly, which will never happen. Even if you book for lunch in advance, you may be getting it only by 4 pm. Dinner they offer by 8pm... Which they will serve only after 9 pm. They take rent of double room, but will give one towel only. Parking facility is very very limited. Management of the hotel is lacking responsibility.

A decent place stay in Valparai. The rooms and bathrooms are neat and clean. The boys working there are very hard working and hospitable. The views are good. The best room is 203 The rooms lack ventilation which is the only drawback

Its in town so you can check the town and market, staff is good. We stayed on new year eve,and our order for dinner (which came from outside as kitchen was closed due to Corona)was messed up due to some confusion. But staff was nice enough to do there best to help us.

During the day the hotel is a noisy construction site. In the evening the manager does make party with his guests. The people were drunk and it was very loud. Despite a conversation with the hotel staff it was only a short time quieter. Around 11pm we packed our stuff and wanted to check out. While packing the guests left with the manager the hotel. At the reception they did not want to hand us the passports. We phoned the manager, who told us a lie story, as it turned out later. Because we didn't get the passports and it was just quiet now, so we stayed in the hotel. At 1am the groupe and the manager came back and it was again very loud. We demanded from the manager again our passports. He was drunk, like everyone else. The passports were handed to us only in the morning, after police threat. We never have experienced anything disrespectful. This hotel is obviously, happy to celebrate and drink. If you want to sleep at night, avoid this hotel. And something else to the manager: a passport always belongs to the owner and not to the hotel manager, remember that. At his request, we paid 90% of the room price on arrival!

-Amazing view from the room -Property was really clean -politeness and helping nature of staff(i required a kettle but was not available. Because of this reason they arranged me a induction really touched by this gesture of the Hotel In-charge). Special mention required for Hotel in Charge he made our stay very comfortable .Thank you buddy :) -Food served was really tasty
