A pretty dirty and tired place, it needs some TLC and it could be a great place. We stayed here for 6 nights and even though it's meant to be a hotel the bathroom wasn't cleaned once, the beds not being made and the bed linen not being changed I can live with but a bathroom clean even once in the week would be nice. The breakfast is a whole different story... absolutely terrible. Something that looked like chicken in a weird dough with a bit of tomato sauce and cheese one day, followed by cold scrambled eggs with carrots the next day? And a bowl of cornflakes with warm, weird tasting milk the next and no drink? Personally I think it's an overpriced, dirty place to stay which is real shame when it's in a good location.

We stayed for 6 days whilst studying Spanish and we’re delighted to enjoy such wonderful breakfasts as chicken in dough, suspicious salchichas and eggs with carrot! The room was okay but the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned in a decade, and the mattress was covered in urine stains. Also stray dogs like to nest in the dorms if people leave the doors open. Also don’t expect great service as the woman who works/ manages here is really moody and doesn’t like people much. Much better places available!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Hotel Paco Real for a couple of days in August 2016, in a double bedroom with private bathroom. The room was big and clean, in a wonderful and quiet garden, among coffee and banana trees.

This place hasn't had linen, towels, or anything replaced in 10yrs. Toilet leaked and flooded our room, what's worse is that they obviously knew about the leak beforehand and gladly sold us the room at full price. Don't bother. Just book ahead of time at one of the much nicer, newer and more affordable places in the village.

Beautiful hotel and apartments set in lovingly cared for garden. This place is clean, immaculate and clearly loved by the staff - a perfect haven to feel comfortable in and relax. The rooms are kept clean! Staff are all really friendly and speak English. This is a quiet hotel for those seeking peace and tranquility, I couldn't recommend staying here enough. On top of all of this the room rates are really reasonable!
