For a ski holiday this place is ideal. The location is great, it's warm, the staff are friendly, the rooms are a good size and the decor is decent. The rooms could do with a little more maintenance. The ski locker is good and it was good for our 4 year old. The breakfast was good if you asked for...

The hotel is old, but clean. the best thing is the location. The sky resort is just in front of the hotel (a blue slope). Pas de la casa is 5 min far by car. Excellent for families. The food is correct. Relation quality/price very good

Firstly this is an isolated place (hotel)? It is ski in ski out due to the fact it's a good 10 minutes by car up the mountain. The local town has two taxis so don't plan on getting up and down to town too often as you'll struggle to get cab. This is by far the worst place I have...

4 th time here only use it because of the location.first room(308) was dire.no outlook, no bedside tables / lights,no where to hang clothes, OK for one night certainly not 5. Moved to 329 single beds but spacious with a window,no heating but still only needed a sheet and the window open as hotel very hot. Excellent breakfast.Dinner acceptable. Wifi...

The place is falling apart. It's very dated. The manger is a miserable so and so but we were greeted by a very friendly argentinian receptionist. The one thing that saves it is the amount of food at breakfast. Most of it is quite poor but there is so much selection that you're bound to find something you like.

Have been several times in this hotel and I find it quite interesting to be in one of the quietest places you can imagine in the middle of the mountains and at the same time close to the biggest Pyrenean ski resort. Staff is very friendly and helpful (even when your car is experiencing running problems do to low temperatures...

We go there for New Year for the last 4 years. Skii Hotel, nothing else. Do not expect anything out of very well located for 3 days of skii. Hotel needs work urgently (heating, rooms....) but it seems better organized than other years and personnel more professional.

If I had believed previous reviews I would never have stayed here, but our experience was way in contrast to previous reviewers. Firstly you do need a car to stay here, and as it is at 2400 metres you are likely to need snow chains. Pas de la Casa is an easy drive down the mountain for shopping and bars,...

Travelled in Feb 2013 just me and son. LONG transfer time from Barcelona. Arrived in the town 2 hours late (so around 2am). Road up to the hotel from the town was closed due to heavy snow fall. THIS HOTEL IS NOT IN THE TOWN, IT'S ABOUT 5KM UP A STEEP MOUNTAIN!! No taxi's at this time of night so...

I know, the hotel only has two stars, but it hardly deserves them as it is milked like a cash cow and is in need of serious renovation across the entire facilities (rooms, hallways, elevators etc). The fact that it is out of town is the least of the problems as access to the ski slopes is right across the...
