This hotel is a smelly, run down, awful place. After checking in, we saw how bad it was and asked the owner for our money back. She refused. She herself admitted our room smelled like a rotten egg. The ice machine is broken however she offered an ice chest to use. Do not stay here!!!

Horrible horrible it's the most run down place we have ever stayed☹️the second night they moved us to a better room😳the first one was one of the little cabins. Everything was broke. Shower ,toilet, the air conditioner and was a stand alone unit, it was so loud when it kicked on it kept us awake all night. The next night...

I don't know where the pictures are from, but none of the rooms are nice or clean!! The smell will make you sick! The owner doesn't understand what the complaint is?? Even $59.00 a night is too much to ask for this dump! I don't even think the homeless would take her up on an offer of a free room!...

I rented and paid online and the pictures were very deceiving. We got there and it was a broken down, deserted place. First we went into the Bluebird Cottage... Gross. Stained sheets! I called Marcia because the fridge didn't work and asked if we could switch to Pine Cone Cottage. She let us in and it was even worse. Rust,...

This was someone's big mistake: they never fixed it up, left it in a horrible state, no one ever liked it and now they are selling it. Hopefully, someone will buy it and fix it up! It could be a very nice place IF....

If you are looking for cookie cutter, do not stay here. This is a delightful, quirky, comfortable, cozy adventure. The patio out back was a lovely spot to sit and just be. It was very quiet and the bed was super comfy. It's an old hotel, yet a place to remember. Not a chain, run of the mill place. We...

NO! NO! NO! NO to Pine Cone Cottage at Joy Lodging in Eureka Springs AR. When we arrived to check in the air conditioner did not work correctly, we like it fairly cool. Owner said she would give our money back…we went elsewhere…5 weeks later still no refund. She actually rented the cabin to someone else for 2 of the...

In short, move on quickly.... want to read more, ok. You came across this place based on price. Well if it was only 10.00, that's ten dollars a night it would be too much, really. I secured 3 rooms for our riding group 3 months or more ago. Arrival went check in went well, but that is all...when you see...

This cute, retro motel was built in the 1930's...the tiling at the bottom of the salt water pool says so. If you want a nostalgic motel to stay, similar to those retro Route 66 motels, stay here. The furnishings inside the rooms match the time period. Beware, the bathroom fixtures are dated to the time period. The motel was cute...
