But... The staff brought their children. And they were running all around the hotel all night long, leaving us and (as we saw the next morning at the reception desk) the other people as well. The pool was nice, the hotub was awesome, the staff was somewhat nice, located not directly in town (what we wanted) and had free wifi....

When we stayed here before it was a chain hotel. It was great then and most of the best things about it are still great. Only real thing I could find was the room smelled strongly.....STRONGLY...of orange cleaner or deodorizer. I have some pretty serious allergy issues and this was a problem for me. We left the door open while...

Wound up in Eureka Saturday on a motorcycle trip to NW Arkansas. Same weekend as the arts and crafts and Oktoberfest activities. Rooms were HARD to find. We saw the vacancy sign on while riding around and after stopping at another hotel that was booked we went back to The Holiday. They had a couple of rooms so we took...

We got this room on an Expedia 'deal' where you see the rate before you see the property. It was an experiment on our part. Clean lobby. Hot breakfast and rooms were very nice! We got lucky! Don't be afraid to try this one.

The room was clean it was nothing outstanding. Staff was nice. The bathroom was clean but there was dirt in the corners and behind the stool. I work in hospitality so I am a bit pickier then most. The carpet has a few stains but I am sure that was the result of lots of familys during the summer. Hopefully...

Cute area. Love eureka. Lots cheaper than the avg room in Eureka Springs. Refrigerator was the only thing bad about the room. It was left unplugged so when I opened It, it stunk horribly. Had to air the room out. should have informed the staff but was late. Staff was nice enough.

Horrible times 1000!! Dirty, dark, empty, musty and creepy! Smells like stale smoke. The rooms were dank. I would not stay here again or recommend this place. The beds were old and smelled like years of smoke. We were in the back of the hotel on the first floor and there were stray cats eating from trash that was dumped...

3 family members traveling through Arkansas on May 23, 2014 stopped in Eureka Springs, called from cell phone for reservation at Eureka Holiday Hotel, we booked 3 nights, but decided to leave the next morning & come home - then discovered my Visa had already been charged 3 nights in advance, the staff gave me a refund slip for 2...

This hotel locks the lobby until 7:30 AM, even though the sign says 7:00. The rooms are ok, but, in dire need of fixing. The room I was in, I was scalded by the shower, and couldn't adjust it. Of course, I'd already unpacked, and didn't wanna move, so, just dealt with hot shower. The door sweep was coming off,...

The motel may be one of the only motels in existence that does not offer wifi. Do not stay here if wifi matters to you, which it certainly does to me. Poor excuse of a motel. Go somewhere else where you can get wifi
