First time to stay in the Cottages, specifically Lookout Cottage. Small but romantic. Not recommended for anyone who has difficulty with stairs and/or is tall!!! Pricey rate normally, but we received the Preservation Rate for the month of May which allowed us (as seniors) to be able to afford this for one night. Unfortunately no room service offered to the...

We had a Great time here with the pizza with a view at night to the Great breakfast in the morning, and All the employees are friendly and enjoy working there. :-) The bed was very comfortable, and It is a quiet hotel, so We had a lot of fun and rest.

We decided to spend a few days in Eureka Springs traveling from Arizona to Auburn, AL. We had a great room on the third floor with a giant shared balcony - we were able to sit out there and sip cocktails while the sun went down and the light declined. The staff was wonderful and attentive - we ate breakfast...

The Crescent Hotel is where my husband and I spent our 30th wedding anniversary. We were married in Carroll County Arkansas and spent our honeymoon at Spider Creek Resort on the White River. We have visited Eureka Springs several times in the past. This was our first stay at the Crescent Hotel. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely revisit...

$333/night with tax and fees. Fees include a "resort fee" but the pool is not open (full of algae). Paint is peeling, baths and lighting obsolete. No desk, no refrigerator, no microwave. One nightstand and one chest, three hangers in the closet so we just lived out of our suitcases on the bed. Whoever said the new owner did a...

I had a great time at the Crescent Hotel. My fiancee and I did the ghost tour which was really fun and the experience was very good overall! Definitely recommend this hotel and Eureka Springs in general.

The haunted reputation of this hotel is reflected in the decor - the building is old and creaky, and could use a good cleaning and coat of paint. Room 213 was fine - 2 double beds, separate bathrooms, one with toilet and tub, one with sink and coffee maker. This room walked out french doors to the front balcony with...

We visited here in April and was amazed by the beauty of the hotel as well as the paranormal history. We did the ghost tour and our guide was very informative. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. We didn't stay overnight here but would love to in a future visit. You can see Christ of the Ozarks from a distance as...

The hotel is very historic and the rooms are nice, but needs some restoration. Also, they add a resort fee and a service gratuity fee. This is a hotel, not a resort. I ask for an explanation of the service gratuity fee and was told that was for employees that don't get tips like landscapers. That should be taken from...

Put into the Penthouse, the A/C is right over the bed and impossible to sleep with it blowing in our face. They moved us to another room - better - but not clean with dirty panties on bedroom floor and TV did not work. After 30 minutes of trying to fix it we were moved to a third room.
