As soon as you pull in to their parking lot, you'll notice there is ample parking, which is free for hotel guests. A hotel employee quickly came out to greet us in the parking lot and assisted us in bringing in our larger bags inside the lobby. A pleasant young lady welcomed us at the front desk and quickly checked us in, provided details about the hotel, and offered further assistance, should we need it.
The elevator which took us to our room had glass windows with a nice view looking behind the hotel towards Meteora. The elevator was relatively quick and always available.
The room was equipped with basic toiletries, a fully stocked mini bar, and a welcome treat. The mattresses on the bed were very nice and provided for a very nice sleep. I wish all hotels in Greece had mattresses like this. The room also had a decent sized balcony. Our room looked out the rear of the hotel towards Meteora. The view was very nice. The room was quiet.
The outdoor pool was a nice respite given the urban location. The location near the road was slightly noticeable with some traffic noise at times, but not enough to bother. There was music playing from the pool bar area, which offered a pleasant ambiance. The staff were courteous and attentive. There was ample seating within the pool area for everyone that came to enjoy a swim, but not as many sun loungers and umbrellas as the patrons seemed to want. The prices of the drinks were more like hotel prices than out in the village.
The hotel is within walking distance of some areas for dining and shopping. There were several decent restaurants within five minutes walking time. The area had a slight hustle and bustle to it, while also being somewhat quiet.
The breakfast staff was very quick, helpful, and courteous. The food offering was nice, but not overwhelming. We did arrive just before breakfast was over, so this may have affected the food offering and my opinion.
All in all, I would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future, should I be in the Kalambaka area.

Great base to see the amazing Meteora. We had a lovely view of some of the rocks from our room.
Being out of the hotel early and for sunset we mostly used the hotel for a rest in the afternoon. The swimming pool was a good spot for a break (although the view is of the car park) and the kids loved splashing about for an hour. It’s well worth staying here for the pool as there aren’t many options with one.
The service particularly on the front desk was fab, really friendly, super helpful staff. The housekeeping staff were also lovely.
The hotel itself is tired looking. The beds are comfy enough but the pillows are tiny and you only get the one. My daughter had a extra bed which had a solid ridge in it. Luckily she is little and just slept in the bottom half of it.
The showers are very temperamental so be careful not to get it too hot. And the hair dryers are the ones fixed to the wall that do a good job of making lots of noise but take an age to dry anything. There is no tea or coffee making facilities in the room so if like me you need a caffeine fix get yourself to the buffet breakfast quick and they’ll make you one.

This hotel is a real masterpiece. It expresses in many ways that the management knows exactly what a visitor should expect in terms of hospitality, kindness, and value.
Amazing pieces of furniture (antiques) blended with contemporary design in public spaces, and ultra comfortable rooms are the reason to repeat the visit and stay like in your home. Towels would be bigger and thicker though within specs, but this is a very minor of the entire great experience.
A few minutes walk from the town centre, and the ample parking space ensures a peace of mind stay that is rewarded by the very beginning of the day by delicious breakfast dishes.
Last but not least, the backyard balconies offer amazing Meteora views to take memorable pictures.

We stayed at deluxe room in June 2021 and the overall impression of the hotel is very good. Rooms are nice and clean, the view of Meteora from the balcony is great. The pool was a real treat as it was more than 35 C outside. Due to covid restrictions breakfast is served by hotel staff, no self-service is allowed. Parking is spacious and free of charge. I especially liked interior of the hotel lobby. Staff is pleasant and professional. Overall, great choice when visiting monasteries.

The location of the hotel was very convenient and easy to navigate as it was a 10 minute walk from the Kalambaka train station. We enjoyed our overnight stay. Our room had a fantastic view of the rocks of Meteora from the balcony. The hotel staff were very nice and understanding in giving us late checkout to accommodate the timing of our return from a morning tour of the monasteries. Highly recommended.

This is one of those cases of which there are so many: a Greek hotel that has the potential to offer a much more comfortable experience than it currently does. It would not be fair to say that it let us down in a spectacular way, just that everything could have been so much better. The decor is not the most up to date but it is harmless and functional. I am more concerned about the sockets coming off the walls the moment you unplug something than the looks of the place. The rooms were otherwise fine, spacious. (We had two superior rooms for one night the week before Christmas.) Superior rooms had a view to the car park and the road beyond; quite noisy when the windows were open. Some of the facilities were not available or functioning properly. Specifically, the indoors swimming pool water was at “room temperature” which meant it was too cold to swim even for the winter swimmers amongst us. A member from staff kindly turned on the sauna and steam room for us (and we had to wait 30 minutes for them to warm up) but unfortunately the sauna never got hot enough to be used. We did use the steam room and gym and that was fine, it is just that the overall feeling was one of slight disappointment given the waiting and the end result. Where I feel let down is that I don’t believe the management cares that much that they offer a compromised experience. No-one asked us if everything was okay, no-one was apologetic that the pool wasn’t functional or that the sauna wasn’t warm. In fact we were told that the pool would be heated the subsequent week, when the hotel was fully booked (because the customers of the week before are undeserving?). If you are not offering what you advertise and have a hotel with 160 rooms, with only about a dozen occupancies, would it kill you to upgrade your customers to a room with a view better than the car park? I think it would be good business that would encourage them to book another Divani in the future. On the basis of our experience, I see this extremely unlikely to happen.

Positives: Clean and cosy with very friendly and attentive staff.
Negatives: WiFi very slow. Kids could not use the indoor pool as it was in the gym and “spa” area where entry is for over 16s - this is not stated anywhere in the booking or the website.
Would go again as it is one if the better hotels in the area.

The hotel is very close to the road that takes you to Meteora and we chose it for the view it promised of the rocks. Check in was nice and easy, the room was very comfortable and well cleaned. The view was mainly to the balcony of the next rooms so we were disappointed with that aspect. My partner fell ill and at reception they indicated how to go to the medical center and became available for anything we might need. They were very kind and we really appreciated their availability. There's a lot of variety at breakfast. Definitely recommend it and if we come back to visit Meteora, we will stay here.

we visited the hotel during Christmass break 2023 with our 2 small children. The hotel had a play area with activities every afternoon wich was great. But the indoor swiming pool was for 16+ and we were not allowed with our children, although our friends use it with their children last Easter. Rooms ok, clean, and they had a small gift for the kids and christmas sweets. The breakfast are was comfortable, but it was rather cold and my breakfast was always cold! Staff of course generally was helpful, but the parking space wasnt sufficient and guests statred parking anywhere they wanted and left the keys to the reception. The charging station for the electric cars was always occupied by the same car, and we were told we need to make a reservation. When our time came, the same car was there, and we made them wake him up to clear the space. Views were great, location very good, reception areas very well decorated and comfortable.

I suspect you could arrange with the hotel to have one available for you - they have top notch customer service.
