4 of us had dinner in the bar on a recent Saturday night . We are all agreed that this was an excellent meal. I had the black pudding starter while the others had the pate . My starter was very substantial ...quite filling and very good with a lovely poached egg on top! As Ballycotton is a fishing village...

We're just back from a 2-night midweek break in the Bayview hotel and we had the most enjoyable and relaxing time. The staff were all so friendly and obliging, the food was excellent and the location and views were spectacular. Highly recommended.

Stumbled across this hotel 2 days ago when out driving. I simply stopped to have a cup of coffee. The views will take your breath away. If you need to get away, relax, breathe and feel the Atlantic air on your skin & walk the cliff walk, then this little gem is the place. Their seafood is all sourced locally from...

I have yet to meet someone who has also stayed here who did not enjoy it! Amazing view, excellent food, and very nice staff. With a beautiful cliff walk nearby, several pubs, and the lighthouse to boat to - it is an excellent weekend break!

What should be five stars falls to three due to poor beds and bedding and the lack of having dinner in the dining room despite being included in...

Back from two nights at the Bayview in Bally cotton and could happily have stayed for the rest of the week. Helpful, friendly reception. Even when we had to chance our booking by a day, they couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. Room as clean and well maintained with tea and coffee which is a nice touch. The views...
