Stayed two nights in September. Wonderful views, friendly, quiet atmosphere, and a comfortable bed. Great restaurant nearby, and the hostess was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had a little trouble getting the wifi in our room, but had no problems in the very comfortable sitting room that had a great view and a warm fire. And I loved the friendly...

Ardfield Farmhouse B&B is truly exceptional - Bernadette is the ultimate host [had only 1 night there, alas - didn't get to meet her husband], the rooms are very comfortable and clean, the food is wonderful, as others say, the views are awesome ... I could go on and on .... If you'll be traveling to the Cork area, we...

Took us a bit to find it since my navigational skills aren't the best but once there the trip was well worth it! Beautiful location. On a farm with great animals. 2 wonderful weeks in Ireland and my wife keeps talking about Billy (the horse) and feeding him toast in the morning. There was a heating repair being done one...

From the moment we walked into the door, we felt like we found a hidden gem. The room overlooked the most beautiful view of the valley with a sweet, friendly horse grazing in the front yard pasture. The sitting room was comfortable and we enjoyed meeting the other guests. Bernadette was helpful in making dinner reservations for us and gave...

We were in Ireland for 10 days and our first stop after Dublin was Ardfield Farmhouse. Bernadette was such a welcome sight greeting us at the door with a pot of tea! We had rented a car and drove in and our nerves were a bit frayed after driving on the wrong side of the road! From the moment we...

Our room was in the front of the house and the views were amazing! The breakfast was very good and everyone was so nice and helpful. They were very helpful about visiting Blarney Castle and other sights close by. Will definately stay here again if we make it back to Ireland!

Staying at Ardfield Farmhouse is like visiting your favorite aunt and being treated like a favorite relative. Bernadette and Eddie went out of their way to make us comfortable and welcome even driving us down to a restaurant and guiding us to a local garage to have a tire replaced. When you first arrive , you are greeted by Billy...

Very nice place to stay with a wonderful view. Bernadette, the landlady, is very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a very clean room with 3 beds and had a superb breakfast (1 x Full Irish, 1 x Pancakes with fruits and 1 x scrambled eggs with smoked salmon) Unfortunately we could only stay for 1 night. Next time we...

We stayed for 2 nights at the Ardfield Farm. The breakfasts were delicious and the room was comfortable. The view of rolling pastures is outstanding. We ate at a local pub, Kirby's, about a kilometer from the B&B (delicious), and this B&B is a great location to drive to Cobh, Kinsale, Blarney and Cashel. The hostess is wonderful. I can't...

The owners are a nice couple and it has a great view. However, it is a farmhouse, with hay, several dogs and horses, so beware if you have allergies. Our room and adjoining bath were small and musty. Being next to a door and near the dining room it was noisy. The shower/tub was small and had high sides, so...
