Abbeyview B&B is a modern home with lovely, spacious rooms. I have been working in the area for a number of weeks, so I have stayed in a few different rooms and they are all warm, large and well appointed rooms. The beds are very comfortable and the bed linen is high quality. The en-suites are well laid out and...

Very friendly & helpful owner, comfortable room and great breakfast. Although within easy walking distance of the town (about 10mins), Siobhan very kindly drove me into town on the morning that the rain was falling. A lovely place to stay.

We stayed at Abbeyview for one night on our way back to Dublin. From the minute we arrived nothing was too much trouble for Siobhan, the owner. She made us tea and cakes and then very kindly offered to drop us into town, pointing out all the best places to eat etc, before leaving us. The rooms are lovely and...

I cannot begin to describe how wonderful Siobhain's B&B is. A beautiful house with wonderful rooms that are extremely warm, comfortable and spacious. Easy parking and access to Nenagh and surrounding country villages a doddle. The food is phenomenal and Siobhain is one of the kindest friendliest hosts my partner and I have ever met. We stayed for a few...

We needed somewhere close to Nenagh for a couple nights booked at short notice in between Christmas and New Year -- thought this might have presented a problem, but not at the Abbyview!! Everything was absolutely spot on: room was huge, beds comfortable, shower brilliant, breakfasts delicious, parking easy, heating adjustable, etc, etc, etc. Siobhan was the perfect host, the...

My friends and I were heading back to Dublin to leave this beautiful part of the world and were pleased to stay at Ms Siobhan O'Dwyer's Abbeyview B&B, a serendipitous happenstance. We absolutely loved it. Siobhan gave us lots of information about how to get to Moneygall (not to be missed--Barack O'bama Plaza/museum ) then how to get to a...

Siobhan O'Dwyer was the perfect hostess. The house was absolutely beautiful with everything you need to spend the night. Breakfast was made to order and delicious. Our room was on the second floor, but you can also request a first floor room. Don't forget to visit nearby Moneygall where President Obama's ancestral home is located.

My partner and i had a 5 day break in Ireland and stopped in Nenagh to break up the east-west drive. We discovered a fantastic b&b with the most wonderful host ever. Cosy rooms, home baked breads and cakes at breakfast. I don't have enough good words. Stopping in Nenagh? Stop here

Excellent accommodation, close to all venues and attractions. Homemade baking, jams and excellent breakfast catering for all tastes. Tranquil atmosphere with all the trimmings for a step well above a home away from home.
