Really lovely bed and breakfast. Very nice rooms, comfortable beds beautiful views, . Friendly, and very helpful hostess, who is happy to point out places to eat, and places to see. A perfectly cooked breakfast, everything is just perfect. The surrounding area is lovely to visit too, certainly one to return to. A very pretty village, and very nice beaches... More

A beautiful experience overall. The host is extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are large and extremely clean. Freshly squezed orange juice, fresh eggs and the best homemade scones in Ireland. Spectacular views from the dining area make breakfast a very enjoyable experience. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

This is not only the best B&B we stayed at (out of 14!), it is hands down the best one we have ever stayed at anywhere in the world (and we travel a lot)! The location has views that are like a postcard, the house is spotless and warm and inviting. The beds are very comfortable. And the town in... More

This is my third visit to Ireland and the only place we are staying this time for 8 nights. We stayed here several years ago and loved Jeanette, the room, the breakfasts, and the little town of Ardmore. It's location is a great base camp for trips to Waterford, the Wicklow Mountains, Cashel, Cork, Kilkenny, and everything in between. Highly... More

We stayed one night here. We flew into Cork Airport and stayed here. Nice drive. Easy to find except the last few miles can be a bit tricky so be sure to go in daylight. Drive to Ardmore and then to the B&B from there. Easier than going with GPS directions. This is a beautiful home with exceptional hosts whom... More

My husband and I spent three peaceful nights at the Duncrone B&B. It is up on the hill above Ardmore with a lovely view of the bay. It is a 15 minute walk to the tower and cemetery which is beautiful any time of day, but especially at sunset. It is possible to walk to town, it we had a... More

We visited Duncrone on 12th July for 2 nights. Jeanette was so friendly and welcoming it was like going home. The accommodation was lovely and the breakfast was 2nd to none , this was a great base for exploring Waterford and surrounding areas. The village was a 15minute walk and at least 4 good restaurants there too.We would definitely go... More

Stayed here in 2015 and found my bedroom to be comfortable. Breakfast menu was excellent with delicious homemade jams and our host was very friendly.. Wooden staircase was a tad noisy which might be a problem for guests who come in late at night and could wake up other guests. I would recommend it this B&B to anyone. It has... More

Duncrone is a wonderful inn with a very special hostess. Jeanette makes you feel so welcome. She is there for as much or as little as you would like. Her home is lovely and spotless. The rooms are large with beautiful views to the bay and decorated in calming, peaceful colors. The breakfasts are wonderful and her brioche French toast... More
