Friendly, comfortable and spacious with great breakfast. This is a lovely country house where you will be warmly greeted and looked after, yet maintain your privacy. Wifi is excellent. Definitely worth finding it if you are heading this way.

We are still pinching ourselves with disbelief at our luck in finding Newton Farm. Set in tranquil farmland, the house is tastefully furnished, warm and welcoming. Teresa is helpful, an engaging conversationalist and a great cook. Breakast was superb, fresh fruits, cereals, a cooked breakfast and brown soda bread. Would have loved to stay longer!

This was one of our first and one of our favorite B&B's in our three week trek across Ireland. Teresa was so kind and welcoming. She told us about two amazing places - the Ardmore Cliff Walk and a much more scenic drive to get to Cahir Castle through the Vee and Lismore. These ended up being two of our...

A lovely B&B, one of the first we stayed in while in Ireland. Teresa was so friendly and welcoming and suggested the lovely cliff walk (an absolute must if visiting Ardmore)!! The bed was amazingly comfortable - best nights sleep for our whole 2 week trip in Europe. Breakfast was delicious with lots and lots of choice.

This B&B is tucked away in the country 5 kilometres from Ardmore on the coast. Theresa the owner is lovely and very helpful with all her knowledge of the area suggesting where we should visit and eat. Cork and Kinsale were only an hours drive away, with many attractions on route. The accommodation was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast...

Lovely place for a short stay in Waterford. Close to beautiful Ardmore, Lismore and Mayfield Birds of Prey! Food was outstanding and bed comfortable! Teresa was a lovely host! The only thing is the Wifi isn't great but that's to be expected in rural Ireland! would stay here again!

Absolutely glorious home sitting on a hill overlooking beautiful fields. This country estate was very well decorated very clean and the host Teresa was so accommodating. For dinner she recommended a pub called Sesnchai the pub served delicious bangors and mash which my husband had been eating at every restaurant in Ireland. I enjoyed a great meal of spaghetti bolognaise...

We stayed here for 2 days this May 2015. The place was wonderful, views of farm lands and the OCEAN. It just doesn't get any better than this. The hospitality was first rate and there is so much to do in the area. We rode horses on the beach with http://www.seahorseholidays.ie/monatrea-equestrian-centre stables and had a great dinner at the White...
