Dear Willie O, Just to update your review, no one was rude to you, in fact you came out to reception pointing your finger at the receptionist demanding an apology - however you would not give a reason for this demand. Your guests that shared your room looked on while you berated the staff member, and when you finished you walked out the front door leaving them speechless.
