The cleaning of the room. For the other point just amazing: view on the town, where is the view. When you say that it's because there are something to see. Look photos took to the room and explain me the view. If you try to call us, you can forget they show us there method: "we don't take call when...

A small and nice hotel in the centre of the city of Amarante. Close to many bars and restaurants. Nice and friendly staff, spacious rooms, good breakfast and a very nice price. I can stongly recomend it!

Stayed here with a Habitat for Humanity team and in relation to other H4H hotels, this was like a 5 star resort. However, for the average traveler, this hotel would just be OK. It is not very expensive, but you also get what you pay for. Our team was put into "single" rooms which are set up with the beds...

We came in without high expectations, staff was very helpful and friendly. There is a little corner to buy cheap drinks. The room itself is a bit old and worn but was very clean, especially the bathroom. The balcony is very big but without much to it. Bed comfort is 6.5/10, could be better. All in all, what we expected...

Stayed in May with a group of people on a volunteer vacation. Staff were friendly, lobby was nice, room was spacious enough. We were able to move the beds a part enough to sleep comfortably. The bathroom was quite large for Euro standards and even had a bathtub. Having a balcony was a nice treat. Within walking distance to Cathedral,...

The hotel has a nice lobby, and that is the only positive criticism. The hotel is dated. It has a musty smell throughout as a result of the old carpeting in the halls and rooms. Walls as paper thin, conversations from adjoining rooms are audible. Air conditioning units outside each room are noisy. Breakfast was just ok. Staff was indifferent....

We stayed here as part of a habitat team. It's no Hilton, but this is a very quality stay. The room was cleaned everyday, and cleaned it needed after working all day. The beds are a little stiff, but I find most European beds a little hard. It has a reasonable breakfast with eggs pastries and fruit. Wifi throughout, and...

I have to say that the hotel had a great location for our travel plans, as it allowed us to experience the local flair. The interior and rooms at this hotel were great. Staff had a room available for us after an international flight... Which is always great. It's location allowed us to park the car and enough walking through...

Dont be put off by the exterior. The inside of the hotel is clean and functional. Great balcony space (though the view is nothing special) this is a perfect and extremely good value hotel for one or 2 nights whilst in the area.

It is the second time that I stay here, exactly two years apart. I was hoping that they would have refurbished the place by now, but no luck. Thank you for your comment about your stay. We have never informed our clients that we were going to do massive improvements in our hotel.
