Lovely hotel in a great location in the historical town of Carmona, near Seville. The hotel is beautiful and our room looked out over the salt water swimming pool and patio. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the communal areas are beautifully decorated. The hotel has its own restaurant but is also within walking distance of many others....

We stayed here for 4 nights in September. The rooms were cool, spacious and adequately appointed. The hotel was quiet whilst we were there and all of the staff could not have been any friendlier or have gone their way out to help any more than they did. Car parking is a challenge, the underground car park is right.. Be...

Stayed 3 nights in this hotel, situated in a former palace(?) 10€ a night for parking, but you need it. No real parking spots outside. Rooms really spacious, very good, good airco, WiFi ok, also in the rooms. Restaurant not so cosy, but outside ok (in the inner court of the palace where also the pool is situated). Pool is...

We stayed one night, as we planned an olive oil tour nearby. We had a Superior room (i.e. views across the plains, large). Aircon was amazingly quiet and efficient, bathroom large and every facility, little balcony for gazing out across an amazing view (albeit very hot, and morning valley mists!). We didn't eat here, as the little ancient town with...

We had three rooms in the hotel, one twin for each of our teenage children and we shared the junior suite. Lovely rooms with adequate air conditioning during a stay which saw temperatures reach 40C. The salt water pool was wonderful, not least because it was at least half in shade for much of the time. The staff were efficient...

We spent only one night here, but I wish we had stayed longer. The room was only ok, nothing special, but comfortable, clean and quiet. The building, on the other had, was spectacular; the patio we found particularly attractive, the restaurant inviting, and the interior decor superb. Having a cold beer by the pool during the hottest hours of the...

Our final destination in Spain - a beautiful stylish hotel with a few pleasant surprises. Our room was old style but beautiful. We had a wonderful private roof garden that allowed us to see across the roof tops to the church towers in the town and the stunning countryside panorama towards Seville. The food was excellent - we had a...

The junior suite was very nice, with lots of space and a terrace but the double bed was really too narrow for comfort. My fault because I had requested twin beds but could not be bother to go back to a very distant reception and ask to change room... The barmaid (?) in the Irish Pub (only place open at...

I've chosen Carmona because of it's location between Sevilla and Cordoba so I was pleased to find a hotel which wasn't part of a large international chain. The hotel complex is an old building, with a castle-feeling to it. I had a nice and spacious room - tidy and well equiped although a little dated and quite old finished. In...
