Well located by the sea, Hurricane hotel is shabby chic. Rooms were ok, balcony was excellent. Grounds very nice with a large pool dominating. Food was excellent and varied. Staff helpful and attentive. The room we stayed in could do with a make over......erring too...More

Not staying this time, simply wanted to show this amazing place to our visiting friends. Too late for lunch at the Chiringuito, we only had tea in the main dining area. Very cosy with a fire going on, much appreciated on a cold, rainy day.

Yes, there are ground floor rooms and the restaurant for breakfast and dinner is on ground floor as well. And the casual lunch place as well. It is an easy ride to town for the boat and there is parking there. However if you are only stopping to go to Tangiers then why not stay right in town and you can walk to the boat?
