got moved here instead of a beach front hotel! to walk from the beach is a good 1/2 hr mostly up hill - not for the faint hearted! Reception not open 24/7 so hard luck if you have a problem in the night! Reception staff not helpful seemed as through they were doing me a favour! in the morning before...

We booked a weeks break in Tenerife 9 months ago and were bounced to this hotel with 2 weeks notice - the small print in the tour operators conditions says they can basically do what they like with no refunds! This is a common theme if you read earlier reviews. The immediate problem for us was that the resort is...

We had lovely refurbished apartment with stunning views. Pool area has been renewed with great sun beds / views and was immaculate with helpful life guard. Only negative was location up a hill but taxis very cheap. A lot of upgrading going on but did not impact on us. Italian restaurant Neuvo Forno across the road has lovely food.

we were initially a little bit put out about being moved to this resort - well that all went out the window as soon as we arrived! we were greeted with a champagne (or cava which was just as nice!) reception and immediately given lovely seats in the reception area where the woman on duty logged us onto free wifi...

Accepted booking by default as 3 previous bookings to other properties were cancelled by owners due to flooding, double booking and selling on. Pleasantly surprised at the standard of this apartment as it has been well updated. Wee bit still to go but very comfortable for our needs. 15 min walk to the main town and an up hill climb...

If you are called Sir Edmond Hillary or Chris Bonnington this place is ideal even, if you like walking? If you are bad on your feet or you have a bad chest you need to have a taxi , even to go to the nearest shops. of course what I am saying is its on a big hill. After saying...

Nice spacious apartment which is a must for a family. Pool bar and hotel staff very helpful and friendly. We all had a wonderful...

Not really sure why you could give this place a bad review- to be honest I would question their motives? We stayed here in November 2015. Okay there is a hill which is fairly steep, but the accommodation is clean, spacious and we had fabulous sea views to die for. Its a quiet complex, which is what we wanted and...
