The accommodation was basic but a little shabby. Bathroom needed a good clean and good luck getting enough hot water for a bath or shower! OK for a couple of nights but wouldn't have stayed any longer. Pool was lovely and the staff were very friendly and polite even met us at the door when we arrived very early morning.

We had room 40 , lots of steps to climb , but not a problem for us , we paid a 10euro deposit for a key at the rear of the hotel , eliminating the steps , great location for all things , shops , bars beach etc , all in it was good value and we have booked again...

Stayed here for a week September 2015, a lovely place. Read reviews before I came and was not expecting a great deal after reading them but I was very impressed. Apartments larger than I expected and ample sized kitchen and balcony. Staff friendly, lovely snacks at the pool bar. Wifi always good in pool area. Cleaners every day were fantastic....

Had room 40 which was up all the stairs but we are in our 20s so didn't mind plus it meant we had a lovely view from or room at the top floor! Everything you need for self catering and no one bothers you. Thankfully the room had the ceiling fan otherwise you would melt. Pool bar food ok but...

When we arrived we were the furthest room away up lots of steps even though we emailed 1 year ago to request a pool view low room. We asked if we could be moved and the man on reception said no as they were full. He said to check the next day which we did with him and again he...

Excellent apartment, number 38. Pot luck as apartments do vary in size. Huge balcony and living space, sea view, excellent cleaners every day. Lovely clean pool, perfect for couples young and older and families. A lot of stairs to walk sometimes though. Near absolutely everything. Pool bar food not good-but cheap. Very helpful reception printing boarding passes for free. Loved...

Just returned from a lovely weeks holiday here. We had a brilliant time but the rooms desperately need Air Con. We managed with the Fan that was in the bedroom. We also had a slight issue with cockroaches on the sun terrace but the hotel had already put some spray under the sink so we were ok. The pool bar...

Just returned home from a brilliant holiday in Tenerife. Beautiful location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Apartments nice and cleaned daily. Staff were very kind and helpful making you feel welcome, especially David and family who run the pool bar, couldn't do enough for us and was a very lovely man. Pool was a decent size at a decent...

This was my first Visit to Tenerife and I have loved it. Myself and my Boyfriend stayed here for 1 week. Our room was clean and well maintained throughout our stay, being provided regularly with fresh linen and towels and a thorough housekeeping service. Although very basic facilities I felt there was everything needed available. Room had a hob, microwave,...

The location was good but not really suitable for us. The staff were so good and our requests were met quickly. However the rooms are lacking a little. No drawers in the bedroom, only one mirror in the bath room. No air con just a fan which was noisy. Very clean and beds and towels changed 3 Times during our...
