Great little hotel! Good location: very centric yet quiet. Rooms are sufficiently spacious, kitchenette equipped with basics, beds are very comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Been there twice and will go back again!

I stayed here with my boyfriend for one night. Location was perfect for us and we could easily park the car nearby. The reception was closed by the time we arrived (we knew this) but everything had been prepared so that this is not a problem (they send you the code by e-mail and the key is left in a...

Our family of 5 stayed for 2 nights over the weekend. Slight confusion upon checking in as they have sent the access code via email and we had no internet connection to check. But a quick call and everything was settled. Hotel was located in the old town within walking distance to the City Hall where a local market is...

We enjoyed our 3 day stay very much. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable, the rooms were fresh and clean and the kitchenette was well appointed. The hotel's situation is so central that we could access everything by foot.

I got the cheapest type of room that they had, and it was still great! I felt like I just had an apartment in the middle of the historic part of the city. It wasn't all that fancy, spacious, or newly furnished, but for the money, it was fantastic! My husband and I saved a load of money just by...

My husband and I stayed for almost 2 weeks at the Hine Adon in 2 separate rooms shortly after moving to Switzerland from the US. This is a review of both rooms and our overall stay. I've slept in some pretty dismal hotels, hostels, and camp spots over the years, so it's important to note that my standards are lower...

We stayed here for a week and it proved to be the ideal base to explore Fribourg and the surrounding area. The apartment was spotlessly clean and suited our needs perfectly. The staff were polite and helpful and we had a most enjoyable holiday at an affordable price. We would definitely use this accommodation again.

We wanted a central location, not too far from the bus and train station, with good food nearby, and at a reasonable price by Swiss standards. We found what we were looking for. The room was comfortable, self-catering, and with a cafe downstairs. We would recommend it to other travellers.

We are 3 people asking if it possible for staying without additional bed, and if they are OK, we would reserve for 15 days. Then they said yes, we could stay without additional bed. Then when we check in, the reception said at that moment that we could not stay without additional bed. They said they misunderstanding. At that time,...

“3.1 Etienne is a fairly large rooftop studio apartment that's tucked under the quaint eaves and has a terrace, but is sorely in need of some updates. 2.1 Jefta is very small but still has a kitchen, has more light than 3.1 Etienne, and has a nice "garden view". As of July 2014, both apartments are very noisy from construction just a few feet away on the neighboring building.”
  • Room 3.1 Etienne: bathroom (with toilet that stopped flushing)
  • Room 3.1 Etienne: construction on the neighboring building as seen from the terrace
  • Room 3.1 Etienne: the terrace
  • Room 3.1 Etienne: view from the dormer window
  • Room 3.1 Etienne: 3rd single bed that we didn't use
  • Room 3.1 Etienne: 3 single beds in a large studio, quaint eaves
  • Room 3.1 Etienne: full kitchen but in need of some updates
