We stayed for one night in the snug with our dog. It was perfect for us (and the dog as he can't go up or down stairs) and had everything we needed - the dog especially appreciated the under floor heating! Annette & Jim are so welcoming and helpful and really make you feel at home and the breakfast is... More

Stayed here for one night with family. We had a twin room, the snug and the caravan. The rooms were immaculate and well stocked with everything you needed. Annette and Jim were so welcoming, with lots of advice on where to eat etc. The dogs are great fun as well, and, if they fell like it, will let you play... More

Thank you for your kind words. Rolo in particular loves to play on the lawn especially tug of war with the rubber rings until summer steals them! So pleased you enjoyed the breakfast and had a good nights sleep in our rooms. We look forward to your next visit More

Had a family weekend here and booked 3 rooms. Annette and Jim are so helpful. The place is a great old house(so expect some creeks) Breakfast was excellent with a very good choice, cooked how you wanted. A very homely feel with lovely grounds to sit in. A reasonable short walk to the sea front. When staying here be warned... More

Thank you for nice review. We are glad that you enjoyed the breakfasts and your stay with us. Regarding the dogs if requested we can secure the dogs in our back garden away from the guests however most guests request the dogs to be with them More

A very enjoyable couple of days at Manor Farm Guest house. We were made very welcome by our hosts Annette and Jim. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with a lovely view towards the front gardens, we enjoyed listening to the owl in the evening. Breakfast was a real treat, so tasty and well organised. Had lovely few days in the "Snug". Super comfy, compact detached en-suite room. Annette is a wonderful host for whom nothing is to much trouble. Excellent full English breakfast with unlimited coffee, fruit juice and cereals. We will definitely be going again and highly recommend it to anyone else. Great place to stay.
