Would not stay here again. After we had gone to bed the owner seemed to spend an hour re-arranging the dining room furniture and walking backwards and forwards across the floor in the room above us, keeping us awake - extremely annoying. A disappointing stay.

We wanted to visit Padstow for one day and stay overnight in the area. Booking was easy by phone. It is a 15 minute walk to the Quay with a bit of a hill walk for 5 minutes with the rest downhill. A peaceful location and well kept property. The bed was clean and comfortable. The ensuite shower was powerful...

Great accommodation for visit to Padstow! Not to far from Harbour to walk although it is at the bottom of hill! Great people! Very clean and spacious rooms. Plenty of room for parking!Excellent breakfast! Will definitely be staying here again

We had a great stay in Padstow, and Dave and Anita were very good hosts. The room was spacious, clean and there was a wonderful breakfast on offer, with guests able to choose which items they wanted each day from an English breakfast selection. There is also ample parking for the guests, and Wifi is also on offer. It's worth...

Booked two nights here as we were walking the South West Coast path. Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking fields, Lamorva is a lovely bed and breakfast run by Anita and David. Very comfortable rooms on the ground floor with large walk-in shower and lovely large bath towels, unlike some of the "face flannels" you get in...

We have just come back from a spontaneous 3 night break in Padstow, staying at Lamorva. The place is well located, it's probably a 15-20 minute walk into Padstow. It's quite hilly, so may not suit the unfit, but it suited us perfectly. It's peaceful and there is parking, which is a real plus for accommodation in Padstow. Our room...

An excellent choice of B&B within a 10 minute walk of the centre of Padstow. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and the location, at the end of a cul de sac, is really quiet with pleasant views over farmland. I hadn't been to Padstow before and the advice from Anita and Dave was excellent in terms of beaches...

We were very fortunate to find vacancies in padstow on bank holiday weekend. Stayed 1 night, room fine and hosts nice. Breakfast a massive let down, microwaved bacon, cold hash brown, and the scrambled egg had a grey tinge?? Really disappointing and for this reason only would not book again.

We stayed here two nights as part of a walk along the South West Coastal Path. Our room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good. Our hosts were congenial and the town is just GREAT! The bus can drop you right at the top of the hill and it is just a short walk down to the...

We stayed in Padstow for 2 nights and booked with Lamorva house and it was a lovely stay...! We had a room where the bathroom was a private one but it was along the hall way, which was Ok, it was literally next door but one with a cupboard in between so it worked out fine. Everything was spotless, the...
