Lunch for 4 of outstanding quality, various seafood dishes, which at the most reasonable price deserves an excellent rating. Speedy and well-mannered service, and dog friendly. First rate real ale and lager. We will return !

We have dined in the cobb arms a few times now most recently this week, we have never had a bad meal here plus the service is great. There is a good menu plus a specials board. Try the local caught fish of the day in white wine sauce with chroritzo on a bed of mash, I had hake on...

Couple of great days in Lyme Regis staying at this little gem. Lovely welcome, friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable and clean room and super food. Room 3 looks out over the cobb. It doesn't get much better than a delicious big pan of fresh mussels, decent glass of wine and watching the sun set over the harbour. A fabulous...

This was a very good stay. The bedroom was clean and comfortable but the bathroom had some black mould growing on the ceiling. Otherwise, the bathroom was clean and had a good shower. Breakfast was excellent as was the evening meal. Real ale on tap. Situation was perfect - next to the Cobb and a short stroll into the town...

This ever so friendly and busy pub is on the seafront and is a delight to visit. Basic seaside pub ambience a pleasant buzz of a busy pub with conversation laughter and the clink of cutlery assisting diners to eat the gargantuan portions served up as the main courses. In short this place is gold dust. A fine range of...

Went in there on my break from work to have a meal and the service and the food that I received were exceptional. The staff are friendly and yhe food is done to such a brilliant standard that I tend to go back time after time.

I had grilled cod. wife had scallops. Wife likes garlic so scallops in white wine sauce were spot on. Grilled cod had a sauce of peppercorns and tarragon and was absolutely tops. Slight bit of kick. Creamy mash below and set in a butter sauce around. Salad on plate was fresh leafs. Just what was needed. Not ice ver lettuce,...

Visited with friends. Was quite busy with only a couple of free tables but service was friendly and prompt. Plenty of choice. I chose the Fishermans lunch (crab meat and prawns with thick bread and salad). My only criticism with the meal was the salad which consisted of just leaves, more like a garnish. The rest of it was lovely,...

We had a two night stay over Easter which was mad. The pub had excellent rooms which were large clean and comfy. The food in the pub was to be recommended, as was the breakfast, Parking was my biggest issue. It was at the top of the hill and the machine had to be fed every evening. Lyme Regis was...
