The hotel was clean and tidy and the room was quite comfortable. The television was on the window sill and could only be watched from the bed which was just as well as there was only one chair in this double room. Usually when I'm in a hotel the lack of Wi-Fi wouldn't bother me but this time I was...

The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. Breakfasts were very good with a varied choice. Having its own car park just over the road meant we didn't have to go searching for parking in the town and get caught up in the busy town centre. Being slightly out of the main town meant a 10 minute walk...

We had a very pleasant single night here. Pleasant welcome, clean, newly-fitted room but a bit on the small side - would have found it a little irksome for more than one night. A good position on the main street a little out of the town. Stylish decor with efficient shower and the beverage accoutrements on looks for as a...

The claim to have free wifi should be removed. The wifi was free, but was very seldom actually available. Most mornings it was there a little in some parts of the restaurant, & if we were lucky in our room as well, but it was almost never there in the late afternoon & evening, which was when we most wanted...

Dear Mijif, I'm sorry to hear you did not fully enjoy your stay, and to hear of your problem with the Wifi. As was explained to you several times, if you sit in the very end of the Lounge, restaurant or the garden, where you were sitting most of the time, you are on the edge of the wifi's range,...

We stayed one night in Lyme Regis and chose the Mariners Hotel. The location is close to the Main Street, shops and water front. The mattress was uncomfortable and so was the pillow - these need to be updated as they are quite old. The breakfast was the highlight and so was the view outside the bar area. The staff...

This hotel was refurbished about 3-4 years back and is now quite good. Positives 1. Located just midway from Ujana Kewangan (Labuan Financial Park) and rows and rows of night clubs, restaurants, coin laundromat. 2. Breakfast is fairly standard. Negatives 1. Room is quite small (I stayed in Single Standard or was it Standard Deluxe). 2. Toilet is even smaller....

Really lovely hotel, paid for a view which I enjoyed in one of the top bedrooms. Not keen on the shower though. Breakfast was good. Look for the remote control and internet password behind the curtain. I enjoyed my stay although it is at the top of the hill you need to be fit to stay here!

Very friendly welcome from one member of staff though the rest were a bit nonchalant. Room small but comfortable. Handy for town centre with car park opposite. Breakfast and dinner were good.but the whole place lacked atmosphere.

Chose this Hotel for it's location, only 10 minute walk down to the harbour. We were there for a two night break 2nd & 3rd March. Very friendly & helpful staff, special thanks to Les, the duty Manager for all his advice on local beauty spots and general knowledge about Lyme Regis plus the excellent, personal service he gave us....

A quirky looking place, full of character. Room was quite spacious, and very clean and well presented. Shower was nice and strong, always a sign of a well-maintained place! Staff were friendly and welcoming, and the quality of the food at dinner time was outstanding. The only thing that let it down was a slightly slow service at breakfast time....
