We stayed in room 14 which was very comfortable and had all the amenities you'd want. The bed and bedding were excellent, we had such a good nights sleep. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was ample. The location couldn't be better, being on the High Street you are right amongst the shops, restaurants and bars.

In our opinion we would never book this Hotel again, unfriendly and unprofessional staff. Tatty looking carpets, dark and dismal reception area. We had a problem with the booking and the staff here were not any help at all, all they wanted was their money! It seems to us that this is a pub trying to cash in and sell...

Once again, our annual fishing trip to Leicestershire. 8 of us staying for four nights and the hotel lived up to, and surpassed, our expectations. The food was both plentiful and excellent quality. Nothing was too much to ask of the staff (the hotel's greatest asset, in my opinion) they were helpful, attentive and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and...

We chose Market Harborough as the focal point of our annual Riley RM club October rally. After some poor initial response from a nearby hotel we walked into the Angel to see if they could help with accomodation and evening meal for 72 people. The response was wonderful. The manager helped us every step of the way over 12 months...

Stayed just one night but can't wait to go back. Very friendly welcome (unplanned and just turned up hoping for the best). I was showed three rooms and would have been happy in any of them. Chose Rm 23 at the front of the hotel na sit was just ideal. Warm feel and comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast (full english).

I received a pleasant welcome on my arrival from the friendly staff. My room was small but it was sufficient for my one night stay. My room was clean and tidy as was the bathroom. I had an evening meal at the Hotel which was cooked and presented to a good standard. Overall I would stay at this Hotel again.

Thank Stef H
