Fishing very good can accommodate all types, on site cafe/restaurant also served a good selection of food all of which was good and a on site bar with good selections was also enjoyable in the evenings, also accommodation was first class was a nice surprise would definitely return.

Stayed here for three nights at the beginning of April 2017. First impression was WOW. The grounds and surroundings are beautiful. The lodge (14) was immaculate and had everything you need. My husband is a keen fisherman and said the lakes were very impressive. With so many to choose from he was spoiled for choice. His only gripe was that...

My husband enjoys fishing and we stayed here from Friday to Monday. He went fishing over three days on three of the many lakes available. There were 24 of us in total with half fishing and the others relaxing. I went to the local area for shopping and visited Skegness too. The lodge we stayed in (19) accomodated 6. Three...

We stayed at the Westwood Lakes in October 2016 for the Halloween weekend as a group of couples. None of us are fishermen and didn't book for that reason, although we had great fun with the Fishermen at the bar after the Competition and it was a lovely atmosphere. We stayed in the Westwood3 VIP Lodge which slept 6 people....

This year we tried a different lodge, just for a change and had a lovely view of sunrise and sunsets. The lodge was spotless and well equiped as always and my partner had a really great weeks fishing resulting in a few new pb's. The staff were lovely as usual and nothing is too much trouble. The restaurant was just...

Sometimes returning to a place can be a disappointment , but not so Westwood Lakes. The place just gets better. This year we had canopies over the hot tubs, which was a great idea, lovely new chairs on the decking, super comfy. Can't wait to see what next years improvements are. It's a pity Alan can't organise the weather as...

This year we stayed in lodge 12 which sleeps up to 6 and allows pets so it was ideal for us. The lodges are spacious and very well equipped. Our guests were very impressed that Fishermans rest is not a greasy spoon providing fry ups for hungry fishermen but is a well run restaurant supplying very well cooked food in...

This place is excellent for a relaxing holiday in a tranquil setting. Lodges surround the fishing pools. So a fishermans haven. Lodges are spacious, clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated. Most with hot tubs. There is a restaurant onsite and bar. Lost count how many times we have been here. Love it.

Another great stay at Westwood lakes. Was in lodge 6 which overlooked the pond. A lovely lodge spacious and with a hot tub and decking. The lodes are always cleaned to the highest standard by Karen and the team. The food was lovely although the chef seemed to struggle with the breakfast a little due to the number of people...

We were a family of six down for weekend. A great place to stay. Lovely lodges, spotlessly clean, well looked after and a pleasure to stay in. The whole fishing lakes area was well cared for with very attentive and busy staff.. It was our second visit here and it was just as good as the first.. The men in...
