We received a warm welcome on arrival at Sue and Steve's lovely home. We stayed in the Lancaster Suite which is a very large airy room with a massive ensuite bathroom. Sue cooked us a very tasty breakfast with lovely fresh produce. Steve is ex RAF and is more than happy to spend time talking with guests, like us, who...

We stayed here for a night while visiting our nephew stationed at RAF Coninggsby. It was very comfortable and the hosts wee very welcoming. We would definitely stay here again if we were visiting our nephew.

Stayed at the Laburnum House for a classic car rally being held at the Bubble Car Museum nearby. Sue and Steve were most welcoming and sitting having a cup of tea with them was just what the Doctor ordered after a 4 hour journey in my 1954 Austin. I was booked into the Lancaster Suite which was very spacious and...

We stayed here for two nights as we were going to the East Kirkby Airshow and we were not disappointed. Steve and Sue were great hosts and we were made to feel very welcome. Our room was the "Lancaster" room and it was lovely, big, as was the bathroom. We were asked what time we wanted breakfast, not told, which...

This B and B is a must. We came from Canada to visit the Battle of Britain Memorial flight and were told if we were staying in the area we had to stay at Laburnum House. When we arrived from London and pulled into the driveway the house was non-descript. Not so once inside. It is an Edwardian farmhouse in...

We never expected to find such a brilliant B&B. What makes it special, apart from the lovely room and breakfast, are Steve and Sue who were exceptional hosts - even to the point of offering to drive us to the local pub! We'll be back again very soon.

I spent two nights here when I was in the area visiting aviation museums and this proved to be the perfect choice of accommodation, the very friendly and welcoming owners both shared my enthusiasm of all things aviation but what made it truly special was the welcome and feeling that nothing was too much trouble for them to make sure...

Our visit started with The friendliest of owners (Steve and Sue) providing afternoon tea served in the large guests lounge- Crumpets, scones, clotted cream & strawberries from the local farm, just the ticket after a three hour drive and delicious too. Steve and Sue are "Bomber" fanatics, and are involved with the Battle of Britain memorial flight at RAF Conningsby....
