Welcoming hosts, delightful accommodation, great food. What's not to like? Spotlessly clean, spacious accommodation had a cozy feel of welcome. Extensive choice of food all well cooked and presented and local.

Beautiful room over looking the garden. Kept warm with a modern heater and all the features in the room were very old and in excellent working order. Breakfast was served down stairs and there was a lot of choice.

I agree - although the stairs are wide and a fairly low pitch. I have stayed at a number of Wolsey lodges over the last 20 years and this was the worst.
