We paid £60 (off season) for a double room great value, just passing through, would stay again. Nice spacious room, clean, modern spacious bathroom. Great lounge, comfy sofas, wooden floors, log fire, nice atmosphere. The owners kept the fire going for us (don't you just hate when the fire is not lit?) even though there weren't many people staying and...

We stayed at Creag Mhor Lodge for three nights and it was just great. The two superior rooms we stayed in were both absolutely immaculate and they were very classy and modern. They were also very very big! We made great use of the DVD library in which we were welcomed to take as many as we liked, which was...

We stayed at Creag Mhor Lodge for two nights on a weekend hill walking holiday. Its a lovely historic building built over 100 years ago with rooms of grand proportions. Our bedroom had been recently refurbished and was comfortable. I thought the price of £32.50 per head for bed and breakfast represented excellent value. The best thing about this place...

We stumbled across this gem at the Ballachuliish tourist office after an accommodation disaster the previous night. The room was immaculately clean and comfortable. We spent lots of time just looking out of the window at the beautiful, ever changing view right down the Loch. There was loads of hot water and a great bath which was invaluable after a...

Having a lifetime's experience of old fashioned Scottish B & B's, I was a bit worried as we drove up the drive to this hotel. However, it has restored my faith in B & Bs, it is simply beautiful inside, with a friendly welcome. It seems to have been totally modernised. We were so lucky to be given a large...

This is a really excellent B&B --it's "only" a B&B, even though it actually looks and feels like a luxurious small hotel. It can't be officially called a hotel because it doesn't have a restaurant of its own. However, considering the fantastic seafood restaurant virtually next door on the shores of Loch Leven, this hardly matters. The lodge itself is...

Great welcome, stay and room. Lovely friendly place to stay, we would not hesitate to stay again or recomend it to others. Had it not been for the information given by the owner that we needed to book our ferry, we would of been unable to go on the ferry back from Skye. Although we did not manage to have...

The Creag Mhor exceeds all expectations. The deluxe room with view was much larger than our suite in Edinburgh. The view is fantasic. Food and all amenities are first rate. What is truly extraordinary is the level of guest service we received. This is a family run establishment which has an incredibly professional, competent, and warm staff. If you are...

Big old ex-house of local clergyman, seems to have seen more grandiose days (as does the whole area, actually), but is still a very acceptable place to stay if one is passing through. Room was clean, big and comfortable. Shower was very good, as was the breakfast. Does not have a restaurant.
