Our stay at La Terrasse was for 7 days and 6 nights. Our rooms were very clean and tidy, and the bathrooms were spacious and accommodating. There were also plenty of towels and toiletries throughout the bathrooms.. The Living room chairs we moved to the balcony of our 4th floor unit where we would watch and enjoy the cruise ships...

We spent 5 evenings here in November 2013. The room is decent, clean, great view from the balcony. The location is good for shopping, nightlife and beaches. When we checked in we were told by staff that we could use all facilities at the Royal Islander La Plage, a sister resort just across the street. As it had beach access,...

We had reasonable expectations about how our room would be. We expected the furnishings to be kinda out-dated and they were. However, the room was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and we had a great balcony where we ate breakfast every morning while watching the planes land. We were able to get clean beach towels every day and...

This resort is located close to entertainment, shopping, the beach, several swimming pools and casinos. The resort atmosphere is relax, clean, comfortable, with parking in the under ground garage. I would recommend this resort, becasue of the location, to the airplane landing, the beautiful beach, entertainment.

This resort has 2 locations, La Terasse and La Plage. The photos of "resort on the beach" are of the OTHER location, La Plage. All of the activities including the beach and the nice pool are across the street at La Plage. Although both properties are managed by the same group, they do not let you use the amenities at...

The Hotel rooms need work and you need to understand this in NOT (I repeat) NOT the Hotel on the water. The main hotel is across the street and you need to go there for virtually everything. Not sure why the owners are not investing in updating or maintaining the rooms but the sofa was two deck chairs, and a...

I travel to St Maarten at least twice a year and stay with the Royal Islander. I love it here. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. In fact, everyone on the island is friendly, hence the nickname "The Friendly Island". I have never had a bad meal. The restaurants are right outside the hotel so walking is a must....

A great time share. The pool is wonderful with changing colored lights. Well maintained. The bar unfortunately was only open certain hours by the pool. The view off the balcony was great for people watching and sunsets. Very nice to sit out in the evening. The room was very clean, had a great kitchen and was within easy access to...

This was our second stay at La Terrasse. We find this location really great and easy to get to both the dutch side attractions like Simpson Bay area, Maho, and Mullet Bay. It is a bit of a drive to Philipsburg, but isn't too bad if you time it right. We found the staff to friendly and attentive. The room...

Maid service is good when they come by which is about twice a week. The rooms are old but well kept and clean. This place charges for everything. Parkng, safe, Wifi, beach towels and PC to print airline boarding passes. But they are friendly people that understand that without tourism that will starve, This condo/timeshare complex in Maho is right beside...
