Stayed for one night with my partner during our driving tour of the west coast. Checked in at the bar and led by a very friendly and informed female staff member to our room overlooking the sea. Room was immaculate as was the en- suite. It wasn't huge but didn't need to be. It's a slight pity there was a...

Very good place to stop in Ullapool. On the waters edge with free but very limited parking out front. Good wifi in the small but comfortable rooms. Very comfortable bed and great shower. Great atmosphere with live music in the evening which was very entertaining. Food in the restaurant very good too. Lovely Cullen Skink, scallops and Sole. Also a...

Perfect place for a stopover in Ullapool. Room was warm and cosy with a stunning sea view (I could have sat and watched the sea all day) and well equipped with all mod cons. Located right on the shore the Arch Inn is ideally located to explore Ullapool. I imagine that parking could be a bit of a challenge at...

We chose this on arrival by chance, what a lovely find. The room was perfect, clean and had a beautiful view over the water. It had a very well stocked tea/coffee tray too. The only negative thing I would say about the room was soundproofing was non existent. We could hear every noise the neighbouring guests made in their bathroom....

The first night we tried for Dinner there was a 45 minute wait at 20.00hrs for a table, decided not to wait, fish and chips 30 meters up the street sufficed. We tried to book for the following night ,apparently they do not take reservations, just come earlier. We did, it was packed at 19.30hr. but we got a table within...

Great food - breakfast and dinner. Reserved table for dinner as restaurant did get busy. Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. Breathtaking views. Ideally located. Limited parking. Would definitely go back.

We spent 1 night in Ullapool (at different B&B) and decided to eat here; we arrived around 5:45 PM and wanted to make a reservation for dinner for 7 PM; they said they do not take reservation unless we were guest there, so we decided to sit at that time and dine earlier. We had 2 starters, 2 main course...

Excellent bedroom on ground floor, modern design, comfy bed, good en-suite plus view of loch and ferry. Despite a busy restaurant next door the room was quiet. Breakfast was OK but not friendly service, no fruit offered with cereals and told "if you want grapefruit as well as cereals you can't have a cooked breakfast" ! ! !

Behind the facade of this building is modern renovated rooms that are light, bright and clean (walls are a little thin though). Most of the staff are friendly and accomodating, even though super busy. My parents had a ground floor disabled friendly room. It was spacious and convenient to the pub next door. The meals were excellent (but dining room...
