The B&B is very modern and spotlessly clean and is newly built with simple, excellent furnishings in the rooms which have lovely views over the bay, where if you look hard enough you'll see otters go about their business. The big let down for this place is the breakfast times are fixed to 8am. I had to leave earlier (7:30am)...

Lovely rebuilt cottage in very rural situation, we had a front room with outstanding views. It's down one of Harris's typical one track roads (with plenty of passing places) and our hosts prepared a great meal on the first night of our visit. Facilities are good and all new fittings are of high quality - excellent power shower. OK, No...

A great place for a B&B. Remote enough on the rugged coast of Harris with just the right amount of daily contact by bus to the 'outside world.' We love wildlife and the Seals, Otters and birds we saw enhanced our stay. We even watched a Dog Otter sunbathing while we waited for our bus to Tarbet. Does it come...

Beautiful setting, kind hosts, clean, comfortable rooms and great food. All a guest house should be! Although getting to it involves negotiating a narrow road - even by Harris standards!- for about 25 minutes, it is well worth the effort.

Sue and Ray have worked very hard for years on this lovely place and it shows. After a warm, friendly welcome we were shown to a lovely room with a double and a single bed and two windows which made the room light and airy. Everything was clean and very tastefully decorated and equipped. We were very pleased to see...

We stayed one night having arrived on our bicycles so Sue and Ray cooked us a 3 course meal as the cottage is too far from any restaurants when you only have a bike. Extremely welcoming, friendly hosts. The accomodation is delightful with a very high standard in terms of the comfortable bed and ensuite facilities. Breakfast was also generous...

A lovely B&B in a great location. Sue and Ray were great hosts and very helpful. When we arrived late in the afternoon Sue called restaurants to get us a table for dinner. Breakfast was great and we were very happy to stay in this great spot. The only negative point was that we stayed for one night only...

A 24 carat gem of a B&B, stunning location, superb hospitality - just like a home-from-home, with a wonderful breakfast to start the day. Very comfortable bed, clean crisp bedding, a silent night all giving a most restful nights sleep. All you could want from a B&B with that magical secret ingredient, definitely going to stay ext time insisting Harris.

The location is spectacular - off the the beaten track a little but that's a good thing. We saw seals basking in the sun about 10 minutes walk away from the cottage - clearly taking advantage of the scenery and the peace and quiet. The cottage itself is a very pretty, stone building and is such a welcome site after...

The positive first impression of the house is confirmed during visiting the rooms. The hosts, Sue and Ray, did everything to bring this cottage in perfect condition, and furnished it with nice interior. A look out of the windows shows great views of Harris. We still regret that we could not take such a window with us :) The day...
