Joined TripAdvisor just so I could post this review. It's very rare a single room booking comes up with a room with a seaview - and at no extra charge. Small, clean ensuite room with all the basics you could need for a budget price. Friendly and genuine service from proprietors Roy and Angie along with a substantial breakfast and...

Stayed here with my young daughter. Our room was spacious and the beds comfortable. There was a fire escape route through our room which was a bit strange but otherwise it was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was fine also. Breakfast had to be ordered the night before, understandable when cooking to order. Plenty of toast but when we asked...

I stayed at The Sandpiper, Barmouth from 6th - 13 June 2016 in a clean & beautiful first floor single room with a fantastic sea view. I often sat in the evening looking out across to the twinkling lights of Fairbourne. The room was well proportioned with a comfortable bed & en-suite shower etc. Proprietors Angie & Roy were very...

Good value. Didn't have any accommodation booked but this was right on the esplanade and close to restaurants. Nice and quiet. Breakfast good in a cheery yellow room. Our room was clean and tidy. Our hosts were really friendly and helpful.

We stay at this B&B every time we visit Barmouth, which is usually twice a year and having been coming back for the last 10 years. We stayed from 9th May to 14th 2016., and as always, there was a warm and friendly welcome from Angie and Roy. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They are always willing to...

I decided to have a night in Barmouth with my girlfriend as a treat, I've had a few days at Barmouth over the years and they've always been great. The Sandpiper seemed to have reasonable reviews on the internet and I booked over the phone. We checked in and the room looked a little old and tired but clean so...

We booked at the last minute, when we arrived in Barmouth there were several 'vacancies' signs, however several would not allow us as we were only staying for one night. Angie was very welcoming, the room rate on the board is only for week days & at the weekend when we arrived it was a few pounds more, however Angie...
