I stayed here over New Year for 6 nights. The host is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are gorgeous, even better than the photos. The breakfast was lovely too and Barmouth is the perfect destination for a break. The location of the b and b is fantastic, right near the harbour and town but only a few minutes...

The pictures on the website make it look exceptional. Some of the rooms may be? Our room was a couple of camp beds pushed together to pass off as a double. Big yellow damp stains on the walls. Decor and furnishings from straight off Steptoe & Sons. Nice view through a dirty window with drapes that the homeless wouldn't sleep...

Lovely rambling old place in the centre of Barmouth. Our room, although not the ritz, was blessed with loads of character and charm and cracking views straight down the high street and over the estuary and mountains beyond. Run by a charming lady who cooked us a good English breakfast with a choice of cereals, yoghurt cheese and bread. I'll...

We arrived on a Saturday afternoon for a one-night stay during a tour of Wales. The hostess was friendly and showed us to our 2 rooms (family of 4) and acquainted us with the B&B and next morning's breakfast. The car park was small but off-street and right next to the property. Wifi was available and we enjoyed a cool...

Lovely place to stay, very clean and welcoming. The lady was very helpful and advised us of places to eat and visit. Breakfast was very nice. Myself and my husband are very keen to return very soon. Recommending to my friends and family. Excellent location close to bars, restaurants and the beach. What a lovely weekend. Thank you Aber House.
