What a great place to stay - a hidden treasure in Barmouth! We had a lovely big room with a sea view. It was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated with local art. And although you were very centrally placed for bars and restaurants, if you sat in garden it was very peaceful. The breakfast was wonderful: excellent quality and local...

Super location really close to beach, and a handy parking area so no paying for parking! Throughout our stay there was a consistent friendly atmosphere. Both Dylan and Nikki were extremely welcoming and friendly upon arrival, and we were offered hot drinks whilst checking in. Our room had beautiful sea views, and was clean and comfortable. There was no noise...

WOW - short two nighter in the middle of some r-e-a-l weather. Arrived in torrential rain and gale force winds, to find Nikki waiting to guide us into the car park. She then produced a tray of hot drinks, after showing us to the most amazing room (with en suite) both with huge picture windows looking straight at the dunes,...

We had a lovely stay here in April. The B&B is in an amazing location - just make sure that you book a restaurant if you can as the little town gets very busy and it becomes very difficult to get a table anywhere. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend.

Great room with a large en suite, very clean, the views were beautiful, definitely worth getting a sea view room and it's only about 2 minutes walk away from the beach. The hosts were friendly and welcoming too.

A lovely, friendly welcome from Nikki who came out to greet us. Once inside we found a nicely decorated, clean and very spacious room. Good cooked breakfast and a decent shower. Everything you need in a b&b, would come back if in the area again.

We stopped here last Thursday for one night whilst travelling down the Welsh coastline. We were a family of four and booked the family room which turned out to be the entire top floor which was excellent with great sea views. Nikki was very welcoming and helpful and breakfast was very good. Would definately recommend
