Excellent location from which to explore the area, great welcome, warm and friendly, room was spotless and spacious, very comfy bed. Lovely and quiet, no traffic noise. Breakfast was wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. When we return to explore the surrounding area, which we will undoubtedly will in the near future, this venue will be our first choice for...

This is a lovely guesthouse with a really friendly landlady who knew who we were the minute we walked on. Such a friendly welcome! We had the room in the attic which is really spacious with an extra room next door - four floors up and the last set of stairs was quite steep but so much character. Breakfast was...

Stayed one night on journey from North Wales to Swansea. Wished I could stay longer. Very comfortable- room had all facilities you could wish for and good breakfast in morning. Best value for money found on all my travels. Highly recommended. Town is tiny and 2 restaurants nearby, but avoid the pubs!

My overnight stay was excellent with a warm welcome and helpful tips for an evening meal which I took in a local restaurant (less than a minute's walk away). I slept like a log in a really comfortable bed and enjoyed a good breakfast. Fantastic value and set in beautiful countryside. Would be a good base for touring.

Five of us stayed with Lil (2 adults and 3 children) for the weekend. It's usually difficult to find rooms for 5, but Lil gave us two rooms next to each other which could be closed off to the rest of the house. Perfect for our family! The breakfast was excellent, plenty of fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals and a delicious...

We stayed for two nights as we were in the area for a 60th birthday party Lovely accommodation and as we had booked late there was only a small double room available. However this was larger than many we have stayed on. Very pleasantly decorated, spotlessly clean and we could have asked for more. Liz was very helpful with suggestions...

As a solo traveller am so pleased that I discovered Bryncelyn and it's gem of a landlady, Lil. She is a wonderful, warm and friendly person for whom nothing is too much trouble. Her breakfasts are magnificent! I wanted one a bit earlier than usual as I had to travel to a conference - absolutely no problem. The room was...

What a lovely clean B&B the staff are extremely helpful and polite, the rooms are spacious and clean, had a lovely nights sleep. Breakfast is stunning, with a range of different things to choose from fruit, yogurts, full English (which was amazing) cereals. Considering other hotels in the area prices increase due to high demand for the cob sales this...

I have stayed here many times and every time it is like coming home, only nicer and you always get a really warm Welsh welcome from Lil, the Irish owner. Lil is a wonderful hostess. She unfailingly remembers guests names and keeps a lovely house. The rooms are very clean and tidy with excellent facilities including little touches such as...
