Visited on Sunday, had an hour in the spa with the pool Jacuzzi etc. Could do with a revamp but enjoyable, staff polite and couldn't do enough. Followed by three course Sunday lunch which was fabulous. The staff where polite and extremely friendly and nothing was to much trouble, will be returning shortly.

We stayed for two nights and from the moment we walked in we were made to feel very welcome, nothing was to much trouble. The hotel and grounds were lovely and the scenery fantastic. We had an evening meal and I would highly recommend the food. The choice of breakfast was endless, everything we had was very good. We will...

Brilliant night. Staff couldn't do enough. Great party. Lovely room. Great view. Superb walk up Table Mountain next day and even aloud to use pool and Jacuzzi on return before going home. Very tempted to return with friends next NYE.

The Manor Hotel is a great place to stay. The hotel itself is lovely, it's the family home of George Everest who the mountain was named after, and it sits on the side of Table Mountain. The leisure facilities are great, we used the jacuzzi and steam room after a 4.5 mile hike up Table Mountain and back (a 'moderate'...

Well worth a visit for my mothers 65th birthday treat. The pool and changing area is a bit dated but its clean. The afternoon tea was enough and fresh homemade sandwiches and cakes. The staff are very welcoming and ensuring that we had everything we needed. Will definitely be going back.

My wife and I stayed at the Manor Hotel on Saturday night for one night. The hotel is set just off the A40 and on arrival, we were given room 7. The room on the first floor was very nice, the hotel is a mix of old and new and works well overall. The room was clean as was the...

A gift stay for my birthday. Family of 3. Food-steak over cooked. Breakfast-poor selection. Rooms-old but nice and clean. Leisure facilities- Tiny cold pool, very warn out. Small area which leaves you unable to relax. Only 3 seats! Service-incredible service received from Pedro and Elania. They were outstanding and really made our stay worth while. If I returned, it would...

I will kindly pass on your comments to Pedro and Alina, they will be especially pleased to hear this. Thank you for taking the time to write a review even though its sad to learn you were disappointed. Our breakfast has a hot menu and a big continental buffet for choice which is more than sufficient.

I stayed here for just one night with my partner because he had always wanted to stay there. We are fairly local to the hotel so know the area well. I have previously been to a wedding at the hotel. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful during our stay. My partner used the spa whilst I...

Pleasant hotel if not great. Staff and service were good. Feather pillows were not to my liking but the staff changed them quickly when requested. Good view from my bedroom. Breakfast was good and they had several different offerings. I had kippers, which were good. Well located just outside Crickhowel and close to Abergavenny. A good base for the area.

“Though the old hotel rooms are lovely being period rooms, the newer part of the hotel would have better views of the beautiful countryside.”

“The room was fantastic and the view was amazing. If I had to pick one thing (and I do with a heavy heart) is that with the shower being in the bath, maybe have a shower mat as slipping whilst washing was very possible.”
