Very Nice looking. Room Ok. Clean. Good heating system. Staff quite friendly. Maybe a bit Too expensive. I had a single room. In the evening much noise of the young people sitting in the courtyard. Food Ok.

Pros: 1) good communication with managers: they replied our emails shortly 2) we have asked in advance about one-level rooms, we also asked for showers separated with a curtain to a toilet. We've got these exact rooms. 3) rooms are really nice with these coloured windows, toilets are clean, hot water is instant, beds are comfortable 4) breakfast is classic...

I stayed there for the three days while exploring Shiraz and Persepolis. The hospitalty of the management and staff were outstanding and I was spoilt by them. I had a lovely room with everything, including an air condition at a very reasonable rate. The food was good and the comunal area at the centre of the hotel is the ideal...

Good service, good location and very good standard for Iran. Small but clean rooms with modern toilets. Very good buffet breakfast in the beautiful open area traditional style but you can choose between occidental table with chairs and persian carpet area. Good service for excurtions, exchange, luggage storage and wifi. Very good position. One of the best accommodation we've been...

Very cute boutique hotel in the centre of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was incredibly unique with stained glass windows. It was clean and had everything you need. Breakfast was sufficient. They organise day trips to Persepolis and Necropolis. The best thing about this hotel though was the atmosphere. There was a large courtyard with...

This hotel's location is perfect for the old part of town. The room was spacious and you could open the window for fresh air at night. The room was very warm and the bed, hard but comfortable. Great hot shower and very convivial breakfast atmosphere. Recommended for its location and price.

Hidden hotel in the historic heart of Shiraz , popular with non-Iranian tourist, amazingly cheap and surprisingly well prepared to host non-Iranian tourists. They run organised tours with experienced tour guide who was almost fluent in English. I so recommend this hotel. I would definitely go back.

This is the first time I write a review, but want to make sure that the "top choice" of the Lonely Planet has gone over their heads and is not correct anymore. So like to warn others. This is my 3-rd time in Iran and this hotel has the worst price/quality. I was with my 2 adult sons for 3...

I stayed a week at Niayesh hotel and found it comfortable. Staff is friendly and efficient. The place is kept clean and it is quiet most of the time. If you are into traditional Iranian food the breakfast is great. Many groups of tourists stay at this hotel who spent a very short time in Iran and in Shiraz. Prices...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Niayesh Boutique Hotel is located in a historical and cultural region of Shiraz the city of literature, culture and civilization. The history of this property goes farther than 100 years ago when the literature Association of Shiraz was held there and the first publishing house imprinted the first newspaper in Shiraz. The traditional style of Iranian architecture and carpentry was respected while building this house, the quaint building to which no vehicle can reach from 150 m around it. For this reason, the atmosphere of non-pollution will be a great remedy for minds and takes us back to years ago. Another big plus is the special hushing courtyard of this house which is a discriminate collection of flowers, large trees and colored windows. The pool and fountain amidst it and the red fishes bring a mind-evoking memory of peace. Thanks to Niayesh boutique hotel's special architecture, the need to air-conditioning apparatuses is decreased. Being located among the cultural complex of museums, mosques, churches, synagogues, monasteries and ancient fire temples, Niayesh is inspiring as a new experience. ... more   less
