The hotel is located along the busy Takhti Avenue and blends in with all the other buildings. The owners must have knocked together at least two separate houses that explains rather bizarre lift arrangements: first floor has its own and is quite separate from the rest of the structure - it also seems to accommodate the noisiest guests and possibly...

Clean and spacious room with modern bathroom. The buffet breakfast varied daily which was good. Wifi was really annoying and the staff seemed a little jaded with the tourists. We did not receive a warm welcome and ongoing enquiries were handled awkwardly. For those travelling to or from Yazd consider a one way car transfer for USD100 stopping at Persepolis,...

First of all I don't know why it was ranked 3-star. I was in a 5-star hotel in Tehran and Arg hotel without any doubt in some aspects was better. I as a guide with my tourists stayed there for 2 nights and it was great from beginning to end. Nice staffs (reception, bellhop, ....) and very new comfortable facilities....

We stayed 4 nights in this hotel. Great value approx A$50/per room per night. Recently been renovated. Beds are hard but in Iran this is common. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was good with a variety of local dishes. They don't serve decent coffee only instant. Warning-the tea and coffee in rooms will be charged to your bill. This is normally...

This hotel is good value for money in Shiraz. I stayed there for four nights recently. The night manager/receptionist was very helpful and informative. He offered me great advice with respect to navigating the city. The rooms are small and the beds are firm. If you're planning of spending a lot of time in the room, opt for a bigger...

Clean, modern rooms and bathrooms. Great shower. Hard beds (like everywhere else in Iran). Very helpful staff at reception. Average breakfast. But overall great value. I am taking one star off what would otherwise be a five star rating due to the booking process. The bookings manager takes a very long time to respond to emails, if he decides to...

Very large and attractive room for only 39$. Friendly personel. Very clean. Very good restaurant serving excellent food. No need to go outside for dinner. Gorgeous breakfast. Even days later I was still thinking of it:). Roof top with a nice view over the city. The wooden benches were less comfortable though. Recommendations: The windows in my room didn't close...

This is a good hotel within easy walking distance to the bazaar. The staff is friendly enough and the rooms are lovely compared to some of the others I stayed in in Iran. Comfortable double bed, clean, spacious and a great shower. The air conditioning is great in the heat. Internet access is better than some places, although typically for...

This is a nice hotel I am in room 310. It has a nice 8’ x 4’ shower room with a powerful shower. The down side of this hotel is that the bed mattress and pillow are so hard that they are uncomfortable. There is a problem with the WI-FI at this hotel. Although it is free, I had to...

Very nice, modern bedrooms and bathrooms, though beds and pillows were really quite hard. It's definitely worth getting a room at the back here, our first night was in a room at the front and there was a lot of traffic noise- the staff were very helpful when we asked to move to a room at the back for the...
