This hotel is located on the main road and a little out of town. This is a definite downside when trying to walk or ride a bicycle into town. However, the rooms are large and airy. They are VERY clean with good service and the people are friendly. Best of all, the pillows are fluffy!!! If you have a car...

Clean and comfortable; great breakfast thrown in for 5.50 extra. Room had 2 queen beds, extreamly comfortable. Easy to find, close to main highway. Gateway for exploring the beautiful Charlevoix area.

Easy to find and in a quaint town in beautiful Charlevoix. Not a luxury hotel but very nice. Our room had two queen beds which were exceptionally comfortable. Spotless sheets and duvet. Pillows were nice and fluffy and comfortable too. The room and bathroom were super clean and simply decorated. I liked the prints and posters of works by Canadian...

Good location to both Baie Saint Paul itself and Le Massif. Rooms are in good shape but could do with a new coat of paint. Access to the outside from the patio door on the first floor was handy. Free breakfast that was included in the rate was good, but a little more variety would be nice. It would be...

At first view we were disappointed by the place (close to the road and looks more like a motel than a hotel) but once in the bedroom you change your mind, they are big and bed are comfortable. The bathroom is clean. You have a restaurant in the hotel were you can have a regular breakfast for 5$. We spent...

the hallway smelled like an old ashtray. The carpet was old and ugly. We asked for a roll away bed. For $10 they brought in a bare mattress, torn in spots and so old that the only thing keeping my 9 year old from hitting the floor were the springs. there was no cushion what so ever. When we informed...

Nice hotel. Our room was very quiet even though we were close to the road. Very friendly staff. The room was a litle bit old-fashioned, but in excelent shape. Also it was very clean, with car parking area near the rooms.

We stayed at the Hotel Baie-Saint-Paul while visiting Charlevoix region, in our way to see the whales on a cruise on the Saguenay Fjord. Baie-Saint-Paul city is known for its panoramic environment and also it's an artist's paradise, having a lots of galleries to visit and to enjoy a good meal in one of the small and very nice restaurants...

Our room was very clean, very affordable, comfortable and had a convenient sliding door for easy access to our car. Also included in the room: fridge, table and chairs, great beds, coffee/tea, hair dryer, the basics one would expect in any hotel/motel of similar rating. Comparable to an Econo Lodge or a Comfort Inn, but with an extra friendly touch....
