We were immediately turned off by the cold unwelcoming reception that we received when we stayed for 3 nights in April. Breakfast was Mediocre. The grounds are lovely and full of flowers. Location is good. Our room was clean but bare bones. Pluses were far outweighed by the total absence of warmth and helpfulness. Watch out for the $10 U.S....

Three night stay, in a 'superior' room. It had a small balcony overlooking the nice garden, and a big bathroom. Window in the bathroom was open and didn't have a screen, same for the window door to the balcony. On our first day at luchtime when we returned we were told that people came to fumigate and we couldn't enter...

Our AC didn't work the first night and a VERY nice man walked over and helped turn it on which really helped the stay. The negatives? Ants definitely and ran out of hot water frequently which def sucks. But you know what? It's Easter Island, not going to be perfect and overall we would recommend. Good location and friendly staff....

Rooms are clean but not nice, oldfashioned. AC and fridge, little bathroom. Breakfast included in price. Not far from the beach and restaurants. Hotel has beautiful garden and a little pool. Good and quiet place to have a rest after all day walking.

My husband and I and our adult daughter stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights April 15-18. The grounds are lovely and the room was clean but basic. The breakfast buffet was mostly sliced meats and cheese, cereal, juices, coffee/tea but the best part was the homemade banana bread served every day. One of the older front desk staff...

Centrally located. Buildings are scattered among pretty gardens. Some building are further from the front and office so if that is an issue ask for a closer room. Not a fancy chain hotel but totally appropriate for the island. Breakfast is fine but not spectacular. Pool is a nice convenience. Laundry service available inexpensively. Walking distance to ice cream shops,...

We were booked here by our agent Audley Travel. The hotel is centrally located for what passes as the capital and only town. It's within 5 minutes drive of the airport Nd within walking distance of most town based restaurants, money exchanges and post office. We had a pick up booked from the airport - this was a waste of...

The grounds are lush and well managed. Our room was just okay. There was a tired blanket on the bed, the wicker furniture was very dirty and there was mold around the window in the bathroom. No hot water the morning we left. Three nights was too many there.

The grounds are quite lovely with lots of plants and flowers everywhere. Our room was large and although we had twin beds, they were very comfortable. I would say it wasn’t Hilton class, more like Red Roof Inn level or a little higher but I do wonder if it’s the highest class hotel on the island since the other ones...

A lovely hotel in beautiful floral grounds, we stayed in one of the superior rooms by the swimming pool. Clean, spacious, comfortable. The hotel is just around the corner from the Main Street, across the street from the post office (where you can get your passport stamped with Easter Island for free btw) and up the street from the sea...
